File Description:
Yet another terrain mesh package of the European Alps? Well, this one is different in that it is NOT primarily based on the Shuttle Radar (SRTM) data with their incomplete coverage of prominent peaks and ridges. Instead, most of the source data for this project were developed over many months by Jonathan de Ferranti using detailed topographic maps. While Jonathan's work is unrelated to flight simulation he kindly gave me permission to compile his data for use in FS. The result is a wonderful improvement in detail and accuracy over any existing SRTM- or DTED-based mesh file, freeware or commercial (a link to an extensive set of screenshot comparisons is included in the read-me file).
I've compiled the source data at LOD10 (38-m) grid resolution because the coverage area is smaller than most existing mesh files. Thus, anyone can use these files without having to first uninstall their current mesh set. Also included are LOD9 and LO8 buffer mesh files. Note: if you own Austria Professional 2004 with its 1:50,000 scale terrain mesh then you don't need this package!

Abbreviated Brake and Overspeed Messages. If you find the red reminder messages about Brakes and Overspeed intrusive, this package contains a revised language.dll which will abbreviate these messages. This file modification will ONLY work with the ENGLISH version of Microsoft Flight Simulator FSX and was created in response to several requests. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the very easy instructions. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

File Description:
This pack will only update the wing and tail fin textures on all my current Aardvark MD87 repaints. There are only 6 paints with no aircraft cfg entries, it's just a case of overwrite and replace, therefore you need to already have (at least) some of my repaints installed. There is no screenshot as they are the exact same as my MD8x wing updates.

A while back before the Avsim hack I painted a Continental connection Q400, which was lost in the hack so I started again and here's the finished product with a bonus United Express Q400
So you're getting a Continental Connection (pre merger) Dash-8 Q400 and a United Express (post merger) Dash-8 Q400.

| UK Army Search and Rescue Bell 412 |

File Description:
This is a repaint of the Hovercontrol Bell 412 in the livery of the "UK Army Search and Rescue". It is a complete file and for FS9 only. Attempting to install this in FSX is done at your risk. All textures, other than the roundel have been hand painted and completed in 32 bit format. The only known issue with this paint is the lack of transparency of the windows from the external view. The internal views are correct. This matter will result in a "FIX" as soon as one becomes available. Installation, distribution and my contact details can been located in the included Read Me file.
