This airport update is made only for FSX with two optional files, one version with the Crosswind runways activated and in full operation where all three runways will be used for takeoff and landing and one version as the default runway operation: airlines assigned to their correct terminals, taxiways and taxi signs now updated to the latest charts, runways 3/21 and 8/26 now at their new lengths, ILS added to 8 and 21, PAPI corrected for all runways, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt, fire station and many other scenery objects added, airport views are from inside the new control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation.

A semi-realistic AFCAD for the default airport with tons of gates (+ Cargo and General Aviation) provided for the full level of traffic serving this airport. - Gates are unassigned to airlines, of which you may alter at your own discretion. (You MAY NOT upload it to any site without my permission). All taxiways have lighting to make it easier to find your way around at night. Please note, the new runway is NOT included in this AFCAD. For FS2004 use only. This AFCAD works best with the 'Airport Environment Upgrade v7' scenery which is available here at AVSIM. Special thanks to Lee Brompton for activating the crosswind runways.

| Mumbai (VABB) with Active Crosswind Runways (v3) |

File Description:
A high quality AFCAD2 for Chhatrapati Shivaji Int'l Airport, Mumbai, India. This AFCAD file is for the default FS2004 airport and has been built from scratch. The airport has concrete taxiways, remodelled aprons and full night lighting, including approach lights on all runways. All gates and cargo ramps have airline assignments. Using the crosswing runway technique, both runways can be used at the same time for take-offs and landings. Runway 14 features a holding area/turning loop, making aircraft turn arounds easier on that runway. The domestic terminal features 35 aircraft stands, the international terminal has 24 stands (18 for 747 sized aircraft) and the cargo ramp has 9 stands (all capable of holding cargo 747s). If you have lots of traffic flowing through Mumbai, this file will bring your airport to life. New in this release, Taxiways updated slightly to avoid AI jams, and now aircraft landing on runway 14 will no longer halt eastbound takeoff operations by taxying along runway 09 to get to the terminal. NL2000 scenery can be found on Avsim as nl2kv291.zip .
All credits to NL2000 team for the NL2000 scenery, many many thanks .
( Not to bo used with the default scenery )
This Afcad file was originally made by Victor Nauta as af2nl2k29v2_eham.zip .
But now with breakthrough NON parallel runway assignment by Project AI, Jim Vile and
Reggie Fields, non-parallel runways can be used simultaniously .
Thanks to Jim .
Although created to use all runways, something I can't do about it is to make FS9
use South or West bound traffic .
Now only North bound traffic is possible as Victor Nauta also complained about and didn't see a solution as well .
Even with maximum wind from South-West ( a common thing in the Netherlands ) AI is still assigned to North or East bound .
I have closed Runway 9 as it is rarely used, and also Runway 4 ( Gen. Aviation ) closed to avoid smaller turboporops landing there .
