File Description:
Repaint of the default FSX 'Goose' in Mt Cook Airlines livery. This skin represents the defunct Sea Bee Air ZK-DFC repainted under Mt Cook Airlines who operated the goose from the historic Mechanics Bay flying boat base on the Waitemata Harbour in Auckland during the late 70's, servicing the many islands throughout the Hauraki Gulf.

Charles Darwin Voyage of the Beagle

File Description:
On 27th of December, 1831 Charles Robert Darwin, born 1809, sailed from Devonport, England for a five-year voyage around the world on HMS Beagle and returned almost five years later on 2nd of October 1836. On 27th of December 1931 our journey begins in Devonport, near Plymouth in the Imperial Airways' Short S30 LR "Cabot" flying boat to follow this example. Since Charles Darwin also made many in-land journeys on the South American and Australian continents, the flying boat would be unpractical; instead we use the FS2004 default DC-3 for our continental VFR flights. Download and install Jens B. Kristensen's EMPIRE20.ZIP. The stage Cape Verde to Brazil requires Alexander Belov's scenery "Aeropostale Transatlantique" (A_ATLANT.ZIP). Also strongly recommended is Toni Agramont's sceneries ARGNTINA.ZIP plus CHILE_NO.ZIP plus CHILE_SO.ZIP.

Imperial Airways - Genoa to Alexandria - 1931

File Description:
In 1931 Imperial Airways operated a revised timetable for their flying boat service between Genoa and Alexandria. The route was changed and instead of taking four days the journey-time was cut in half. After departing Genoa in the morning of the first day, the aircraft made stops at Naples and Corfu before arriving in Athens for an overnight stay. The next morning the machine (now a Short S.17 Kent or “Scipio” class) departed Athens after breakfast and only made one stop en-route Alexandra, and that was at Crete. Passengers arrived in Alexandria in the afternoon of the second day, a huge cut in time compared to the 1929 timetable. This flight represents the inaugural service of 16th. May 1931 and uses Jens Kristensen's Short S.17 "Scipio" flying boat.

File Description: The fishing boat was produced in 1947 at the Gdańsk Shipyard. The last producer was the SZKUNER shipyard in Władysławowo. The production after many modernizations was completed in the mid-1970s. Over 200 pieces were produced. The presented models are registered in Jastarnia and on Hel (JAS-102, JAS-12, HEL-23, JAS-39). Scenery (BGL file) contains the movement of fishing boats on the Baltic Sea in the vicinity Jastarnia and Hel. The package is an add-on for Global AI Ship Traffic FSX
