FSX Dynamic Benchmark Package

File Description:
This package provide a means of measuring the performance of FSX in a repeatable and consistent manner. The benchmark is a 5 minute long autopiloted CRJ700 flight that starts just after the aircraft has taken off from KPAE, climbed to 1500ft, and reached 250kts towards the Seattle city center, overflies KSEA then heads directly for Mount Rainier. The idea is to get a good mix of rural / suburban / cityscape, clouds, water, and AI aircraft / boats / cars. Use include assessing the impact of FSX setting changes, the impact of different hardware drivers, hardware setting changes and hardware upgrades on FSX performance. It can also be used to comparing the performance of your system to other similarly configured systems to ensure the performance you are achieving is is representative of what can be expected and to compare the performance of your system to hardware component changes or a new system that you are considering upgrading to yourself.

File Description:
Afcad file for the FS standard scenery Amsterdam-Schiphol + "Polderbaan"- addon (Marcel Ritzema) with 190+ gates. Adds gates, correct taxiways, renamed runways 18R/36L ("Polderbaan"), 18C/36C ("Zwanenburgbaan") and 18L/36R ("Aalsmeerbaan"). Runway and gatenumbering close to reallife. Dual runway use to choose from two versions: 1. rwy 24 takeoff/rwy 18R landing (new "Polderbaan"-configuration; for wind coming from south-southwest) 2. rwy 36L takeoff/rwy 36R landing (traditional configuration; for wind coming from north) Gates: 80 smalljet/11 mediumjet/28 heavyjet/20 GA medium/43 GA large/14 cargo. Gates fill up first at the terminals around the tower, and lots of spill-over gates at Schiphol East.

Dynamic SODE scenery update

File Description:
ATTENTION!! SODE was updated to 1.7.1. A change was made that rendered objects relying on WEATHER data to cease functioning. I have updated all my xml files to accommodate this. In this scenery are ALL my SODE xml files and ALL my SimObject files(in case i forgot some somewhere!). These files cover anywhere from Fairisle and Scatsa to Zurich and Madeira with most UK. They include- tractors, snowplows, smoke, balloons, and wave crashes. Check out the originals but replace the xml,s with these.

Learjet 35A - Lighting Effects

File Description:
Lighting, smoke, heat and contrail effects for Mike Stones' Lear 35. At 23,000 ft. you aircraft will begin the contrail effect, when your flaps are lowered to approach setting (2) the contrail under the flaps will engage, movement over 1g will start a contrail on the wingtips, power over 40% on throttle will start the exhaust smoke and heat plume, you now have lights on the tail to read who you are and realistic lighting glow from the landing lights. Interior of aircraft is illuminated when landing. You will need XML gauge Eye Candy [icfx005.zip] at Avsim.com and FS2002 Realistic Night Lighting by Kaveh Payendeh.

Lear VC Night Lighting
