Any slight deviations to how she will finally appear can be put down to artistic license, having only one in flight photo and loads of photos of the dear lady in a rather "Bad hair day" condition after years hidden in a barn. Repaint name: D-EGEA repaint for the payware Digital Aviation Dornier DO27. This paint is loosely based on the real-world D-EGEA. I have taken a few liberties with the colors and the model. After all, the real plane is a variant with the wider undercarriage. My view is that it is about time we had another skin for the D-EMBB version with the single exhaust. So... Any slight deviations from the correct paint scheme should be put down to artistic license and several different photos showing different parts attached.

FS2004 textures for the fantastic Dornier Do 27 from Hannes von der Heide. The repaint shows the Do 27 "Franken vintage tours", flown by Frankenair, a small fictional airline operating from Nuremberg, Germany. Frankenair is flying modern GA propliners i. e. PC-12 or Beech 1900 and Oldies for sightseeing tours like the Do 27 or P 149D. Have nice tours around Nuremberg and the Frankonian Lakes.

File Description:
Repaint only for the Digital Aviation/Aerosoft Do-27. Starting in 1957, Germany's armed forces received a total of 428 Do-27 aircraft. The Do-27 primarily was used as observer aircraft for the German Army, but several Navy and Air Force units also used it for training and liasion purposes. This repaint depicts Germany Army's 'PB+105' of Heeresfliegerstaffel 2, based at Fritzlar. Textures only! Prior installation of the Digital Aviation/Aerosoft Do-27 required.
