| Camba Transportes Aereos Curtiss C-46F Commando |

File Description:
FSX/FS2004 Camba Transportes Aereos Curtiss C-46F
Commando. Originally designed an airliner (CW-20). The
prototype first flew in March 1940 and was
extensentively tested before being evaluated by the
military, designated C-55. Following the involvement of
the USA in World War II, all aircraft produced (3,181
incl. the prototype) were delivered to the USAAF. They
particularly gained an impressive reputation flying
across 'The Hump' (Himalayas) bringing supplies from
India to China. Built a C-46F-1-CU (c/n 22428) at
Buffalo, NY, this particular aircraft was delivered to
the USAAF as 44-78605 on 16 July 1945. It was sold on
15 May 1946. In July 1996 Camba Transportes Aereos
bought the C-46F registered CP-1319. WFU and stored at
La Paz from December 2000. These are textures only. You
will require Libardo Guzman's great Curtiss C-46
Commando (C46GA.ZIP). It is advised to also download
Libardo's alternate files for the Commando (C46GAFIX.ZIP).

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Curtiss P-40B. It represents AVG Hawk 81-a2 Hawk 81-a2 P-8134 Number '48' flown by 2nd Squadron pilot David Lee "Tex" Hill, Rangoon, January 1942. By the time the Flying Tigers disbanded in 1942, he was credited with 12.25 victories. He then joined the Tigers' successor, the 23rd Fighter Group, as a major. He became the CO of the 23rd FG as a colonel, and shot down 6 more Japanese aircraft, and later flew in Korea. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

2004/FSX TDS Boeing 737-94XER (TC-SKP). SKY Airlines was established in 2000 and started operations in 2001. It was wholly owned by Kayi Group. In 2010, the airline started scheduled domestic operations in Turkey making it the 9th airline to enter the domestic market. It downsized operations for the winter season 2012–13, returning three Boeing 737-800s to their lessors. On 4 June 2013, the airline filed for bankruptcy and ceased all flight operations with immediate effect.. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson and David Biggar. TIPS AND TRICKS FOR FSX
Since the passing away of David Opa Marshall, the Tips & Tricks series has been taken up by no one. Even Mr. Marshall himself discontinued further numbers of this very same series, years before his demise, which was somewhat disappointing to me personally.
Since he has passed away, there has been nobody who has tried to fill the void created by his absence. I cannot pretend to fill his shoes at all. But to continue his work and follow in his footsteps.
This is the FIRST issue.....
