Austrian Airlines Douglas DC-3(C-47A-20-DK) OE-LBC, C/N 13073, model C-47A-20-DK produced at Oklahoma City production Plant, USAAF reg.42-93189, ex TWA N88823,ex Florida Airlines N86U. Austrian Airlines started domestic services with DC-3 in may 1963; the airline operated with two C-47A and two DC-3D in the 60's.

Austrian Airlines Douglas DC-3 OE-LBC Update

File Description:
Update for the Austrian Airlines Douglas DC-3(C-47A-5-DK)OE-LBC,C/N 12324, model C-47A-5-DK produced at Oklahoma City production Plant, USAAF reg.42-92515, ex RAF KG327, ex LN-NAB, ex SE-CFM.Austrian Airlines started domestic services with DC-3 in may 1963; the airline operated with two C-47A and two DC-3D in the 60's. This is my update of the first OE-LBC ;some mistakes are present in the first version mainly with the version :C-47A-5-DK C/N 12324 is the old original model utilised in the 60's and not the renovation and preserved C-47A-20-DK C/N 13073"Edelweiss"in Salzburg with his panoramic large windows. Also corrected some minor things in the painting work(De-icing boots in the tail, nose,etc),standard panel and sound. Happy flights!!!

BOAC Douglas DC-3 G-AGIU

File Description:
BOAC Douglas DC-3(C-47A-1-DK or Dakota III)G-AGIU, C/N 12096, ex USAAF 42-92310, another Oklahoma City produced plane,in service with the RAF as FZ561, BOAC and after with BEA named "Edward Busk". Latter with Air Mali as TZ-ABB. BOAC Dakota's fleet operated with main operation center at Whitchurch, near Bristol.In WWII time destinations were Sweden,Eire and Portugal(civilian destinations) and Cairo,Karachi as military destinations.

You have with this file: -Four realistic fuel tanks with 804 gals(202-202-200-200) -MTOW weight for a C-47A(31.000 lbs)and right empty weight(16.970 lbs) -Corrected RPM and Manifold pressure for the R1830-92 -Propeller parameters corrected amd adjusted -Engines parameter corrected -Corrected stall speed and cruising speed -Right climb and cruise speed -Right consum for the R1830-92 -Airplane geometry adjusted -Autopilot functions corriged -Flight tunning actualized Now you can fly the Gooney at 10.000 ft with 140-160 kt.

N99210,C9-ATG and last ZS-BAA in South Africa.SPANTAX(Spanish Air Tax Lineas Aereas S.A.)was founded the 06-10-59 by Rudolf Bay Wright and his early fleet was builded with nine DC-3(two ex Swissair,one Sabena, six USA).Three were lost in accidents(EC-ARZ,EC-ACX,EC-AQE).

File Description:
TWA(Transcontinental & Western Air) Douglas DC-3-209 NC17323 "Skyclub 373", C/N 1969, builded 1937,sold in 1953 to Union Steel and Wrecking Co.,in service with the Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana as FAE-1969, HC-AUV, then in Colombia as HK-3350X, last report(21-07-1987) as HK-3350 with SERVICIOS AEREOS ESPECIALIZADOS TRANSPORTES PETROLEROS SAEP S.A.This aircraft was also reported in some publications as model DC-3-102A. TWA(renamed Trans World Airlines 17 may 1950) operated with a fleet of 76 DC-3's.
