SIDSTARS Palm Springs Intl (KPSP)

File Description:
Procedures based on current cycle (0803 13Mar-10Apr) FAA Digital Aeronautical Information and Terminal Procedure Publications (Charts Included). Remember Sonny Bono (of Sonny and Cher)? He was mayor here before his hard landing with a tree on a ski slope and now there is the SBONO STAR and UBABE fix (You Got Me Babe). The airport at 477 ft is right next to a 10,834 ft mountain; hence, no ILS but two RNP approaches get Alaska Airlines 737-900's into here (but no 744's). I've included 13 NOATC departure routes for the commonly filed departures, and complete description of each procedure in the readme and the header of the kpsp.txt file. For PMDG Only

File Description:
Gate A Nator is a freeware pre-flight tool and flight plan converter for FSX and Prepar3D that allows to customize a flight plan before starting a flight simulation session. Can set departing Gate position and can load flight plans from FSX/FS2004, Prepar3D, LEVELD, PMDG, Quality Wings and Flight Sim Commander, or from an ICAO route, and using Airac cycles (FSBuild2 format) to read navaids from. Installation package installs Airac Cycle 1904, that can be after updated from Navigraph. Gate/parking database is auto created and updated from FSX or Prepar3D scenery base. It supports file save and export to FS2004, FSX, Prepar3D, LEVELD, PMDG, Quality Wings, Flight Sim Commander, XPlane 11 and Aerosoft Airbus/X extended. KLM Royal Dutch Airlines 747-206SF (SUD) Cargo

File Description:
KLM 747-206 PH-BUI "Wilbur Wright". After a long career carrying passengers, this aircraft was converted to a freighter in 1998 by Boeing Wichita. I have with three repaints portrayed the life cycle of a 747. PLEASE NOTE!! This aircraft is released AS-IS. I have been informed by Project Opensky that the source code for this model has been lost. Thus, an upgrade will not be possible. For this reason, when this aircraft is flown at night several dark polygons will appear in the aft portion of the fuselage. There is NO FIX for this!! Please do not write me or Open Sky to complain. Despite this issue, for historical interest, I felt this repaint was worth sharing. I hope you will enjoy it.

SIDSTARS Seattle-Tacoma Intl (KSEA)

File Description:
Procedures based on current cycle (0702 15Feb-15Mar) FAA Digital Terminal Procedures and Aeronautical Information. This is a major update to the KSEA that has been a part of my collection since June 06, which now includes departure routes to all commonly filed fixes for use without vectors and arrival routes that connect STARs to ILS FAF for use without vectors. All procedures retain an "as-published" variant for those who fly with ATC services (such as VATSIM). All arrivals, departures and approaches (except charted visual approach procedures) are included. A complete description of each procedure and enumerations are included in the text header and a separate readme file. An extract of the current FAA HI Preferred Routes for KSEA is included.

File Description:
SIDSTAR Procedure File for KBOS PMDG SIDSTARS Cycle 1113-1201 (15DEC11-09FEB12) based on FAA National Data from National Flight Data Center, issued every 56d (Two Navigraph Cycles). These procedures include the following enhancements: All procedures are included as-published by the FAA and they are expanded to replace ATC-vectors with realistic route segments for use in a non-ATC environment (ie not using VATSIM or other service). All STARs include routing from the arrival to the final approach fix of the approach and all SIDs are expanded to include routing from the runway to the departure gate. PMDG SIDSTARS Los Angeles Intl (KLAX)

File Description:
Procedures based on FAA Digital Terminal Procedures and Digital Aeronautical Information CDROM current for Cycle 0702 (15Feb-15Mar). This is a major redo of the KLAX I have provided for most of the past year; changes include STARS are now enumerated by landing runway instead of selecting the STAR-to-ILS transition from the approach transition menu. This provides a uniform method that is the same as the other locations included in my collection. The other major change is I have separate departure procedures for most SIDs providing either "as-published" with ATC vectors required or a NOATC derivative that provides realistic departures from each applicable runway. All turbojet procedures are included and all approaches. The text header of the procedures file contains detail information regarding each procedure and use.

PMDG SIDSTARS for Portland Intl OR (KPDX)

File Description:
Current (Cycle 0607) terminal procedures file for Portland Intl (KPDX) based on FAA NACO digital terminal procedures and document 7350.7 Ver W. Both Portland Five generic vectors and River Six departures are included with all VORs referenced on charts. Three STARs are enumerated by landing direction, e.g., if landing East (rys 10L/R) use BONVL4.E. The header to the text file (and readme) includes a STAR CHART to assist in the selection of arrival route. Fifteen IAPs are encoded (ILS/LOC RNAV & VOR); however, I excluded the USAF HI, VOR-A and NDB approaches. The fixes for ILS28L are aligned with the default FS9 localizer rather than on extended runway centerline as is the case in the real world. Procedure turns are included where shown as part of the transition on the charts.

SIDSTARS Ronald Reagan Washington National (KDCA)

File Description:
Procedures based on current (Cycle 0701) FAA Digital Terminal Information and published charts. I include ten departure routes (KDCA hasn't a published SID) for use in lieu of ATC vectors, which are based on FAA Preferred Routes and actual traffic. All (turbojet) STARs are included, and the primary ones have enumerations to provide routing to approach in lieu of ATC vectors. Approaches included ILS01, RNP19 and the Visual Charted Approach Procedures. This location is directly South of the Washington Monument, the Mall and the most restrictive airspace in the county. The lowest minima available for landing South is the RNP19 approach, which requires a 40 deg turn on short final at 500 MSL. I believe "National" is one of the most difficult locations to fly in and out of, needless to say, B737/A320 types only (no B747). For PMDG Only.

Boeing B-29-1-BW 'Esso Express'

File Description:
An early olive drab representation of a Superfortress from building block #1 at Boeing-Wichita. 'Esso Express' of the 68th BG - 794th BS was used as a CBI fuel freighter. She flew fuel supplies from India to the Chinese B-29 bases across the Himalaya (the 'Hump'). Every Camel painted onto the nose, represents one successfully completed supply mission across 'the Hump'! This multi-resolution 3D model rendition of 'Esso Express' was built for CFS2 and is representing an earlier build cycle of Superfortress Mania. It will be updated to the latest 'standards'of Superfortress 'Mania' at a later time. Package contains a custom 3D model and a custom FDE (fastest and most lightweight B-29). Package does NOT contain gauges, 3D effect files, panel and sounds. Those are included/aliased in/to the base package of Superfortress 'Mania'. File 'B29B_910.zip' is required.
