File Description:
HMS Bounty for FSX - VERSION 1.1 - Built Specifically for FSX - (separate package required for FS9) by Milton Shupe, Nigel Richards, Rob Barendregt, Sasha Rieger, and Rob Ibey. Helmsman by Craig "Full" Richardson.
HMS Bounty 18th Century Tall Ship square rigger completely wind driven, individually animated and controlled sails, animated flags with direction and wind speeds, animated helm, and Sail Management Window to control all ship functions. Ship responds to wind speeds and direction with yaw, keeling, and pitch depending on sails deployed and yard arm positions. Ambient sounds, variable wind and gale storm sounds, ship's bell, "Salute", anchor weigh/drop all add to immersion.
WILL NOT WORK IN FS9 as it contains FSX native texture formatting and FSX specific sim interfaces. (Separate FS9 package available). BIG NOTE: The latest version of FSUIPC is Required for the HMS Bounty to work. Note: Realism settings should be set to "Hard" for best Wind Effects (Will not work on "Easy" realism in FSX).
Version 1.1 upgrades:
1) Even more realistic wind effects on yaw and roll based on the confluence of sails deployed, wind speeds and direction relative to ship heading, yard arms angle to the wind, and ground speed.
2) Tugboat function added.
3) Corrected lights positions.
4) Documentation updates.

| Airbus A320-100 series |
|
File Description:
This is the final release of my Airbus 320-100 series for X-Plane version 7.61. I've included all the possible resources so far available in Plane-Maker,including flap rails and custom landing gear struts. By adding more cross sections I was able to shape a round aircraft nose which is very close to the original.I did my best with the airfols, that probably need to be tuned up by an expert. Panel and sounds are standard with some navigations aids added, but you can use any of the nice custom cockpits and sounds available everywhere. As with any other flight simulator the quality of the visual model depends upon the monitor and the acelerator card used. By setting to very high resolution in the rendering options and antialising in the acelerator card a good balance between quality and frame rates can be obtained.
The package includes bit maps painted in the Iberia and Alitlia liveries. You just have to copy the ACF file, the weapons and the aifoils to their respective folders. A basic kit for repainting can be obtained by e-mail request to the address below, since I don't have a web page. Comments and suggestions to improve the visual model are wellcomed.
It may be repainted and freely distributed
¡Enjoy it!

File Description:
This folder contains a second repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of P-51D-20 44-63272 “Bad Angelâ€, flown by Lt. Louis Curdes of the 4th Fighter Squadron, 3rd Air Commando Group. He is one of a very few American pilots to have kills against each of the three major Axis powers, and I believe the only US pilot to display an American flag among his victory markings.
While serving in the MTO, Curdes downed several Fw-190’s, and one of the Macchi C.202’s he downed is now on display at the National Air & Space Museum in Washington DC. He was shot down over Italy and spent a short time as a POW before escaping. Because he was an escaped POW, he couldn’t fly again against the Germans for security reasons.
He was transferred to the PTO, and on February 10, 1945, during a sweep to Bataan Island, he saw a P-51 pilot parachute into the sea. Curdes circled around him to pinpoint his position to rescuers. While circling, he saw a USAAF C-47 that was preparing to land on the Japanese-held strip on Batan. The C-47 crew didn’t respond to repeated attempts at radio contact and, unable to shepherd the C-47 to safety, Curdes saw only two possibilities – first that it was a Japanese plane bearing false US markings (the DC-3 having been built under licence in Japan prior to the war), or it was a US plane whose crew was unaware the field had fallen to the Japanese. He therefore carefully shot out both engines, causing the plane to land in the sea. All 13 people on board the C-47 were rescued – and they were indeed Americans, including a nurse Curdes had previously dated. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom.

File Description:
As a Captain of the legendary Tupolev Tu-134 take part in an international event for aviation enthusiasts called "Flight For Flight".
Depart early in the morning from Vnukovo Airport to Kaluga, where participants of the event are expected to visit the Tsiolkovsky Museum of the History of Cosmonautics, go for spotting at Kaluga Airport, meet real cosmonauts and other interesting people that devoted themselves to aviation. At the end of the event take the participants back to Moscow, Vnukovo Airport.
Your goal as a Captain is to provide effective crew management and coordination so that your experienced navigator would make the best route considering that after taking off in Kaluga your pax would have had an opportunity to enjoy its surroundings from 1,500 ft, your flight attendants would manage to serve drinks to the participants in flight, and that your piloting skills allow them to take good pictures and videos during takeoff, landing, and in flight.
The update will add welcome crew announcements and messages after landing at the airports Vnukovo, Moscow (IATA: VKO, ICAO: UUWW) and Kaluga Grabtsevo (IATA: KLF, ICAO: UUBC). IMPORTANT: Kosmos Airlines Tupolev Tu-134 CrewPack, Kosmos Airlines: Flight Levels and FS Announcement Panel v2.0 are required and should be installed prior to installing the update.

| B-2A Spirit Stealth Bomber |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
The B-2A Stealth Bomber is the most sophisticated aircraft on the planet. She is essentially a “Flying Wing†platform with no V-Tail, and is controlled by pre-programed flight computers stationed in various positions within the crew cabin and wings. There is one main computer that controls the aircraft, with two redundant back-up computers assigned to it in case of failure. All additional computers are assigned to functions involving flight control, system monitoring, data communications, and radar. Engine and Aerodynamic effects are controlled by these computers which serve several actuators and ailerons, including the spoilerons, which further compensate for the lack of a V-Tail. In theory, and because of these computers, the aircraft is “Stall-Proofâ€. The only way it can stall is if the computers fail. There is no way she can be flown without the computers active. The REAL aircraft does almost everything based on pre-programed data, other than taxi to the runway (although this is also possible to program). Before each flight, the Mission is designed and then assigned to the Mission Flight Box (Portable Computer) which is then carried by the Commander to the aircraft, and the data from the box is “transferred†to the main on-board computers. Because of this, the B-2 cannot be flown until the box is ready for the mission, and pilots cannot simply jump in and fly her, with the exception that the data is transferred via satellite. Everything is pre-planned, and this takes several hours. Once the data is on-board, the taxi can begin. When lined-up on the runway, all the pilot needs to do is push a button or three. Everything else is computer controlled until landing. The aircraft CAN be flown manually with basic data inputs into the main computer systems, but even in that case it is not conventional. If a pilot wants to turn right, he sets the data to turn to a certain degrees of heading. The same with climb and descent, speed increase or decrease. A pilot cannot over-ride the computers in any case, so steep banks, climbs, or descents cannot be forced. There is a lot of space for the two member crew within the cockpit, but there is also a space reserved for one observer. This additional seat is known as “Suicide Position†because there is no ejection seat for that observer. In the event of a mishap, the observer can try to bail-out through the ejection hatches after the pilots, or can try the exit ramp door, or the bomb bay as an exit route. The odds of escape for the observer are very small, but he has a parachute as reassurance. Otherwise, what the crew does during missions is only a guess, since they really don't have to do anything unless an alarm goes off. Since the plane flies so smooth, we can only imagine what sort of things they may dream-up to entertain themselves during a long flight. High altitude flights are conducted at night mainly due to the obvious contrail such a flight will exhibit during the day with such hot engines. The engines are encased in a heat absorbing shield material (still exhaust exists), and the rest of the plane is coated with Radar absorbant material, with the additional low profile effect of the aircraft design itself. If it can be seen by the ground or a fighter, it can be attacked by fighters or the ground. During daytime flight they will stay below the contrail level, and monitor the radar systems in preparations for counter-measures. If a fighter can visually observe them, the fighter may be able to shoot them down with bullets from behind, but not likely with missiles because of the sophisticated counter-measures available. On Radar the aircraft appears the size of a pigeon, until about 8 to 10 miles away, which would be too late to counter from the ground, so most attacks are either done at night or during the day at very low altitude. Upon landing the aircraft is automated down to about 200 feet AGL, when the pilot takes command. All she/he does at this point is allow her to glide down and contact the runway, and retard the engines. Brakes are used to slow, then the computers are turned off, and the pilot can control the throttles, nose gear, and brakes. The Commander watches for obstructions, mainly, and communicates with the tower and ground crew. Everything in this model has been reconfigured to meet realistic standards, without any tricks or flight tuning, and following real world aerodynamic principals and available data, including MOI. The panel requires study before use, but very realistic. The sounds are very authentic. There is no other model offered anywhere that compares to what you have now available in front of you. Please read and study the Readme.txt file within the main folder before attempting to fly this 2.2 Billion Dollar aircraft. Yes, that's correct ... $2,200,000,000 each! | Beechcraft Model 18 Float and Wheel Package |
|
File Description:
Beech's most successful airliner, more than 9000 Beech 18s were built over an uninterrupted three decade long production run, and while many of those were built against wartime military contracts, vast numbers went on to see civil service. Some of them were converted for use as float planes, although there never were a lot of them in that capacity. This package contains both wheeled and float versions of the Beech 18, and features an all new FSDS model, moving parts, sounds, new panel, new airfile, checklist, night lighting, and weight and balance section. Also included are separate "cargo" models for those freight hauling folks.
