Tupolev Tu-22 Belaja (NATO-code 'Blinder') for AI Traffic. This is an excellent addition to your retro military AI world, a classic Cold War medium bomber. A very mean, sleek design, but not always kind to its crews, with over 70 of roughly 350 production aircraft lost in accidents. This aircraft saw extensive combat in the 70s and 80s, in North Africa, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia. The Blinder also found work as a high-speed recce and electronic warfare platform. This is a complete aircraft package, with with two LOD6 model options and four serials (two -PD and two -RD) from the 341st TbAP (Heavy Bomber Regiment), home-based at Machluschi AB, Minsk; the regiment saw combat service in Afghanistan in the 1980s. This initial release only uses the RD model, but subsequent repaints will use both -R and -RD models. A multi-layer PSP paint kit is also included. Aircraft model by Sergey Bunevich, flight dynamics by Sergey Ivanov, Anglo-Russian diplomacy and Cyrillic spelling lessons by Rysiek Winauer, master textures, repaints, and paint kit by Michael Pearson.

The North American B-45 Tornado was one of the most important American aircraft of the early Cold War period, and one of the least remembered today. It was the first bomber-sized jet bomber in service anywhere in the world, first jet to drop a live atomic bomb, first jet to cross the North Pacific non-stop (Alaska to Japan,) first jet to fly the North Atlantic (with stops), NATO forces’ first and for some time only nuclear deterrent, first reconnaissance plane to fly deep penetration missions over North Korea, the People’s Republic of China, and the Soviet Union, and first aircraft to routinely use in-flight refueling on combat missions. The package includes twenty models and three dozen authentic skins depicting every major variant and numerous minor and sub-variants as they appeared throughout the type’s service life. A detailed manual explains some of the type’s unique operational procedures. Mostly by David Wooster with some help and skins painted by Mick.

File Description:
Czech Airlines(abbreviated to CSA) is the national airline of the Czech Republic and one of the world's oldest surviving air carriers. Having been on the Eastern Side of the "Iron Curtain" during the Cold War, the airline historically operated Russian aircraft. However, by 1998, the airline had transitioned to a Western fleet though 4 Tu-154Ms remained solely preforming charters. All long-haul services were provided by the carriers 2 A310-300s, so most routes were only operated a few days per week at most. As many of the repaints included multiple variations, these flightplans were made to suit the variations. If you wish not to use them, simply assign the same paint to both versions. Included is a texture for the TCAI Tu-154M, links to the other required textures by various authors are included. Flightplans by Vadim Stepanyuk and Chasen Richardson. Aeronautica Militare Fiat/Aeritalia G.91. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this backbone of close air support in Europe during the Cold War years. The G.91 was built to suit a requirement for a NATO-compatible aircraft for close air support and light strike roles, able to operate from terrain as primitive as a flat grassy meadow (I found photos during research that support this). Going into production in 1961, this aircraft was manufactured for 19 years and served three European air forces for 35 years. The G.91 saw extensive combat service in Africa while operated by the Portuguese Air Force.
An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the G.91 in the service of the Italian Air Force and Frecce Tricolori Demonstration Team; with a total of 22 models and 74 repaints. Aircraft models covered are the G.91PAN, G.91R1, G.91R1A, G.91R1B, G.91T1, and G.91Y. Aircraft, textures, and flight dynamics by Michael Pearson.

North American F-100 Super Sabre (Part 1). This aircraft, also known as the Hun, was the first of a long success of Century Series fighter aircraft during the 1950s and 1960s. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this cold warrior of military jet history, utilizing original source material from Jake Burrus. Going into production in 1953, 2,294 aircraft served thirty-five years in the USAF and the air forces of France, Turkey, Denmark, and Taiwan. The F-100 was originally designed as a daytime air superiority fighter (with all-cannon armament); but evolved into a capable light attack aircraft which served extensively in Vietnam.
An original 8-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This Part 1 package represents the F-100A and C in the service of the USAF; with a total of 16 models and 66 repaints. Original aircraft model by Jake Burrus and Michael Pearson, textures by Michael Pearson, flight dynamics by Michael MacIntyre. Please read included documentation.

In 1931, the city of Sunnyvale acquired a 1,000 acre (4 km���²) parcel of farmland bordering San Francisco Bay, then "sold" the parcel for $1 to the US government as a home base for the Navy airship USS Macon.
The location proved to be ideal for an airport, since the area is often clear while other parts of the San Francisco Bay are covered in fog. This is due to the Coast Range to the west which blocks the cold oceanic air which is the cause of San Francisco fog.
The base, originally named Airbase Sunnyvale CAL (it was thought that calling it Mountain View would cause officials to fear airships colliding with mountainsides), was accepted by the U.S. Navy on February 12, 1931 and dedicated NAS Sunnyvale on April 12, 1933. After the death of Rear Admiral William A. Moffett, in the loss of the USS Akron on April 4, 1933, the Air Field (but not the Naval Air Station) was renamed Moffett Field on September 1, 1933.

Republic F-105 Thunderchief (Part 2). This is another Jake Burrus aircraft I have been able to bring to the flightsim world. Originally introduced in 1958 as a low-level nuclear weapons delivery aircraft in the middle of the Cold War, this aircraft became the backbone of conventional bombing during most of the Vietnam War. As a testament to the aircraft's role, the bravery of its pilots, and the ferocity of the North Vietnamese air defense network, nearly half of the 833 airframes were lost in combat operations. Due to the extensive combat use of the Thud, it had a relatively short service life, with limited use after Vietnam, until the aircraft's final retirement in 1984.
This is part 2 of 2 parts, and represents the use of the F-105D/F/G from 1966-1984; to include 35 model variants and 130 repaints.
