Forca Aerea Portuguesa Fiat/Aeritalia G.91. I present a comprehensive AI traffic model package for this backbone of close air support in Europe during the Cold War years. The G.91 was built to suit a requirement for a NATO-compatible aircraft for close air support and light strike roles, able to operate from terrain as primitive as a flat grassy meadow (I found photos during research that support this). Going into production in 1961, this aircraft was manufactured for 19 years and served three European air forces for 35 years. The G.91 saw extensive combat service in Africa while operated by the Portuguese Air Force.
An original 7-LOD model brings this historic aircraft to the flightsim world. This package represents the G.91 in the service of the Forca Aerea Portuguesa ; with a total of 10 models and 56 repaints. Aircraft models covered are the G.91R3, G.91R4, and G.91T3. This is a repaint for the wonderful A2A Simulations Cessna 172R. This repaint is semi-fictional; the real aircraft this paint is based on is a 172B, s/n: 17248520, manufactured in 1961. The real aircraft currently makes it's home in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. This paint represents a workhorse; an older, tired plane, with extra dirt, less shiny bits, and worn, peeling paint.

This folder contains a repaint for the Piaggio/Focke Wulf P.149 by AT Simulations for MSFS2020, in the colors of P.149D 00-MEL. Originally Focke Wulf c/n 113, built in 1961, it flew with the German Air Force as 90+93 and AS+428 before being demobbed and becoming OO-MEL in Belgium. It is currently stored near Swindon, UK.

File Description:
This was Ghana Airways first aircraft and only served for just over three years. Delivered in October 1961 it was sold in April 1965 to the Ministry of Technology as XT661. The other two aircraft served Ghana for another ten years before returning to the UK in 1975 as G-BCZR & G-BDKZ. Requires the FSDS Viscount 800 model by Rick Piper.

Includes FS2002 lights fix by Paul Pridwales. Default panel and sound. Repaint by Mark Beaumont.

File Description:
BKS AIR TRANSPORT - Repaint of the R4D MAAM in a fictional representation of G-AMVC flown by the BKS Airways company in the UK. On 17th October 1961 whilst on a positioning flight to Carlisle Airport it flew into high ground in poor visibility and all four crew were killed. Part of the wreckage still lies at the crash site today.

Ilyushin Il-18V c/n 180002502. Delivered 14 February 1961 and registered as 9G-AAL. Returned to Soviet Union in June 1963 and registered as CCCP-75533 with Aeroflot from January 1964. Crashed on take-off with locked rudder at Samarkland on 5 June 1970. These are texture files only for the IL-18D (IL18DAP13.ZIP) by Edgar Guinart. Repaint by Andre Reimers.
