Boeing B-29 Superfortress, Blank Textures with WWII and post WWII Roundel's

File Description:
After searching the web for blank textures for the (WOP) B-29, I decided to try my hand at making my own. I used the (WOP) repaint by Eric Bramhall of the B-29 "Joltin' Josie" as my starting point for this project. I created my own texture blanks from his repaint, removing the nose art and tail markings but leaving the WWII roundel's in place. I then made the post WWII roundel's by simply adding the red line to them.

B-29 "Joltin' Josie"

File Description:
A repaint of the Wings of Power B-29 that represents "Joltin’ Josie" of the 498th Bomb Group, 873rd Bomb Squadron. This was the first B-29 to arrive in the Pacific theatre in 1944. After 24 successful missions, "Josie" crashed shortly after takeoff on April 1, 1945. Textures only for the payware Wings of Power B-29. Texture blanks by David Green. Repaint by Eric Bramhall.

A repaint of the Wings of Power B-29 that represents the B-29A "It's Hawg Wild" of the 307th Bomb Group. This plane was rescued from China Lake, restored to flying condition, and flown to the Imperial War Museum at Duxford where it is currently on display. A repaint of the Wings of Power B-29 that represents the marking of the B-29, 'Kagu Tsuchi' of the 40th BG that saw action in both the China and South Pacific Theaters.
