Papyrus-Hunter J-4015

File Description:
This is my version of the famous Papyrus-Hunter J-4015 of Fliegerstaffel 15. On January 1st 1995 - just after official retirement of the Swiss Air Force Hunter fleet - the Papyrus-Hunter with it's unique "newspaper scheme" was donated to the newly formed "Hunterverein Obersimmental" (www.hunterverein.ch), who since then maintains and flies this wonderful machine and thus keeps one of the most beautiful legends of aviation alive! Textures only: requires Dave Garwoods "hunterpack6.zip" to work.

Douglas DC-6B 'Societa Aerea Mediterranea'

File Description:
Based on repaint templates and original textures by Greg Pepper, Max, and Tom Gibson, this textures set in 'SAM' livery requires the Tom Gibson's original Douglas VC-118A-AF1-V01-2k4 (Air Force One,U.S.A.F.) package.This plane and many other classic airliners can be downloaded free from Tom Gibson's Classic Airliner WEB site at http://www.calclassic.com/ . Boeing B-17G 'Little Patches'

File Description:
This is a repaint (textures only) for the Donationware B-17G Late from FighterTown Design Group. You can get it here for a great price!! www.donationware.net Thank you FDG for providing this great plane!! Special thanks go to Jarink, who is a repainter in IL-2/PF. Jarink was kind enough to send me his layered photoshop files of the Noseart that I used for these repaints. I also used his repaints as a guide for my repaints. This texture represents "Little Patches" one of the B-17G Flying Fortresses of the 91st Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The 91th BG, one of the more famous groups in the Eighth Air Force. "The Ragged Irregulars" were based at Bassingbourn, England. "Little Patches" The name "Little Patches" was acquired after the aircraft's first combat mission with Lt William Major's crew when Frankfurt flak put many splinters through the ship. The damage was primarily cosmetic but the skin required numerous small aluminium patches prompting Lt Major to name the ship.

RAF Greenham Commom

File Description:
RAF Greenham Common (ICAO X2GC) is a former Royal Air Force station in Berkshire, England. The airfield was southeast of Newbury, about 55 miles (89 km) west of London. It was opened in 1942, and was used by both the Royal Air Force and United States Army Air Forces during the Second World War and the United States Air Force during the Cold War. After the Cold War ended, the station was closed in 1993. The airfield was also known for the Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp held outside its gates in the 1980s. In 1997 Greenham Common was designated as public parkland. This texture set represents an E-2C Hawkeye 'Daya' Airborne Warning and Control aircraft operated by the Israel Defence Force/Air Force beginning in the summer of 1978. This zip file contains only the textures that are unique to this scheme. You will also need the original "FSX: Steam Edition - Grumman E-2C Hawkeye Add-On" files. Repaint by Frank Safranek using paint kit by Virtavia Pty Ltd.
