| RAF Ridgewell airfield |

File Description:
RAF Ridgewell 71/z miles northwest of Halstead in Essex Was used by the US Eighth Air Force, which installed the 381st Bombardment Group and its four B-17s squadrons. The 381st remained at Ridgewell for two years during which time it flew 296 missions and lost 131 B-17s in action.Typical of World War II airfields Ridgewell had three crossed runways, main runway of 6000yd's and two more of 4200yd's. This was a busy airfield and one of the main B17 bases in England.

Zuliana de Aviacion, registration YV-459C, showing the last livery used by this disappeared airline. This aircraft, 47548-633 delivered 19-07-71 to Ansett as VH-CZK,latter flew with Midway Airlines and Midway Metrolink as N933ML, joined the Zuliana fleet in mid-1990's. Once the airline ceased operations in 1996, stills stored in Maracaibo (SVMC) awaiting its fate. Full reworked colors, wings, stabilizers and other details. Textures only for SGA's latest Douglas DC-9 series release, (SGA930.zip). By Juan Ernesto Oropeza.

The Argonaut and the North Star were Merlin-engined version of
the Douglas DC-4. A total of 71 were produced by Canadair.
In Canada it was called the North Star and was used by airlines
and the RCAF. 22 Argonauts were delivered to BOAC 1949-1950,
and they later had long careers with other operators like
British Midland and charter companies. This package contains most versions.
Version 3 model by Jens B. Kristensen. For FS2004 only, FSX users should download Argo_V30X.zip instead.

#1 of a series of 4 aircraft of the RAF Station Bruggen Wing 2nd TAF RAF Germany around 1956. Canadair Sabre F.4 XB664 67 Sqn RAF Wildenrath/RAF Bruggen camouflaged. 67 squadron was originally stationed at RAF Wildenrath and later (together with 71 Sqn) moved to RAF Bruggen - already homebase of 112 and 130 Squadron - around 1956.
