| Iowa ANG Northrop F-89J |

File Description:
Textures for the Alphasim F-89J Scorpion depicting an aircraft allocated to the Iowa Air National Guard at Des Moines Iowa. This aircraft 52-1949 was originally built as an F-89D but upgraded to F-89J configuration as were most F-89D's. It was struck off charge in the late'60's and was rescued from the AMARC 'boneyard' in the the late 1970's. It can be still found parked at De Moines Intl. airport, Iowa. Requires the original payware F-89 by Alphasim.

| Westland Whirlwind XA870 |

File Description:
These are 2 repaints of the excellent Alphasim Sikorsky S-55 Whirlwind.
Both repaints are of XA870. Firstly as it appeared while serving on board the Ice Patrol Ship HMS Protector, in 1955/6 and now, restored by the Yorkshire Helicopter Presevation Group and displayed at the South Yorkshire Aircraft Museum, Doncaster. The second repaint shows XA870 as it appeared at the end of its flying career in the late 1960's early 1970's.
Purchase of the Alphasim Sikorsky S-55 is required.

North American T-6 Texan as Navy Pensacola "KR40". Textures only for the AlphaSim T-6 Texan/Harvard package. This repaint represents the textures of a restored Texan "KR40". This texture set was created in FSX, but will work fine in FS9. Thumbnail included for FSX. You must have the T-6 Texan/Harvard package from AlphaSim installed in order to use these textures. Sorry it took so long, but these were definetely tough! but I did it...complete A320 family air traffic departing from Paris Charles de Gaulle towards Europe, Northern Africa and Middle East; some international flights departing from Orly and main domestic routes are included, for a total of 46 destinations and 71 new aircraft (AF has 114, but this file doesn't include all domestic flights departing from Orly West...). To install these components you need Lee Swordy's Traffic Tools. Have Fun!

BAC1-11 521FH ALA\Austral (1970). November Romeo in a rare scheme, applied during 1970\71 bearing the logos of ALA and Austral. During 1971 ALA and Austral merged into a new company called Austral Lineas Aereas. JNR entered service the 21st November 1969 and was withdrawn on 4 December 1973 after an aborted take-off due to apparent loss of power. Textures for the Justflight Vulcan depicting RAF/RAAF Blue Steel atomic testing aircraft.12/12/1961 Received at Edinburgh, SA from UK. Used by A.V.Roe and Co in conjunction with 4 JSTU RAF on Blue Steel Trials, On return to UK it was allocated to A&AEE at Boscombe Downs, 12/71 retired from A&AEE, 1972 flown to Waddington for crash rescue training. Being painted white it was considered an eyesore and received a coat of olive drab paint! Scrapped Waddington 1989.
