Weidel Private Airport (2NJ3) NJ

File Description:
Located 03 miles W of Pennington, New Jersey, Weidel/Private/ Airport is a private turf strip. No transient services are offered. Trees are summertime ONLY. A fence completely borders the runway and there are 30ft trees on one approach and 30ft power lines immediately before the runway threshold on the other end, offering some casually challenging approaches. You can pull off the runway to park near the barn if you must rest briefly before heading out again. Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview, the author has not been there in person. This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 001. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

Old Bridge Airport (3N6), NJ

File Description:
Located 05 miles S of Old Bridge, New Jersey on 120 acres of land, Old Bridge Airport is a public airstrip. Fuel is available by stopping next to the tank north of the parking area. This airport has hangars for transient aircraft - two hangars next to the parking area are open for parking. You can also start in them by selecting one of the DOCK parking options. Immediately adjacent to the airport is Raceway Park, which features a drag strip, road course, dirt bike course, and karting/motoX areas. Trees are summertime ONLY.

File Description:
This another airport I've excised from the default scenery by simply removing the turf runway that was visible over some marshy land. Dix Field is a private strip located 01 miles N of Linwood, New Jersey on 250 acres of land. No facilities or anything, so it's not a big loss. Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview, the author has not been there in person. This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 003. Woodbine Municipal Airport (1N4), NJ

File Description:
Located 02 miles SE of Woodbine, New Jersey on 700 acres of land, Woodbine Municipal Airport serves small to large GA craft as well as gliders and ultralights. Tie downs are the only option for transient aircraft. The main parking area of the airport is located in the center tarmac area near the fuel station. The parking spots can accomodate aircraft with wingspans up to 50 feet. Anything larger should park off the side of the taxiway. Fuel is available by stopping near the fuel tank. It should be noted that this airport's real ICAO is KOBI. Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview, the author has not been there in person. This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 005. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

Flying W Airport (N14), NJ

File Description:
Located 01 miles SW of Lumberton, New Jersey on 170 acres of land, Flying W Airport services small to medium GA aircraft as well as helicopters. Transient storage are tie downs only. There are plenty of places to park. The main parking area in on the west side of the airport on the south end of the north tarmac and can handle wingspans of up to 50 feet. You can also park slightly north among the static aircraft or east of the runway on the grass. Collisions are disabled with static craft in these areas to assist with parking. Both 100LL and Jet-A are available by stopping at the south tarmac next to the fuel tank or the north tarmac by the fuel trucks in front of the terminal. Trees are summertime ONLY.

Windward Farms Airport (4NJ0), NJ

File Description:
Located 02 miles NW of Rosemont, New Jersey, Windward Farms Airport is a private turf strip. Like most small private turf strips this one can prove to be slightly challenging when it comes to taking off and landing - especially in a crosswind. The runway threads between two separate stands of trees to either side, and 1/4 of the Runway 11 left side is hedged by small trees and bushes. While the published dimensions for this strip are 3500x150 feet, in reality the usable runway space is really 3000x100 feet due to vegetation. This airport as rendered in FSX does not have an actual runway surface, so when you land you will be landing on actual terrain. There isn't a noticeable slope but it can be bumpy so use caution! Edge lighting is provided for the runway, although night landings/takeoffs are not recommended. There are no services provided by this airfield. After landing why not taxi over to the hangar and feed the sheep grazing in the pasture? Herr Mountain Airport (5NJ2), NJ

File Description:
Located 02 miles N of Stanton, New Jersey, Herr Mountain Airport is a private turf strip. No aircraft are based here, so don't expect much except for ample room to land and take off again. There is a residence on the property, but no hangar or storage facilities. The runway is 2800x100 feet so not too hard to arrive and depart from. Approaching Runway 25 can be a slight challenge given that you need to level off your descent to cross over a mountain top before diving in to land. There is no hard surface runway, so you will be landing on terrain - be gentle! It's recommended to have your mesh complexity set as high as possible to get the full effect. The runway is not lit so daytime VFR operations only are allowed at this airport. Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person. This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 001. Southern Cross Airport (C01), NJ

File Description:
Located 03 miles SW of Williamstown, New Jersey on 18 acres of land, Southern Cross is a public turf airstrip with an ample 2400' runway. The runway is hard surfaced in order to allow for AI traffic to use this airport, however the end user must enable flights to arrive/depart from this airfield within their AI traffic program in order for AI to appear here. Tie down space is available north of Runway 09 and fuel is available at the tank next to the hangar. This airport is not lit at night so daytime VFR operations only are recommended. In addition to trees at the ends of both runways, power lines are strung up across there too. Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person.
