Athens - Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport, Greece (LGAV) Update

File Description:
This version replaces my previously uploaded file. It contained a bug which caused aircraft to sink into runway 03R/21L when landing. It is mandatory that you replace the old version. This file makes FS2004 use the correct taxiways and gates at the airport of Athens Venizelos, Greece (will work with the scenery LGAV2002 by George Dorkofikis ONLY). It keeps the AI Aircraft from taxiing cross country. It was created with AFCAD 2.04. It contains enough parkings for many large, small and medium and prop airliners and some general aviation and cargo parkings. Every parking position should be included. Schengen (intra EU except UK) and non-Schengen traffic will be kept seperated. All parking radiuses set according to George Dorkofikis informations that come with the scenery. Had to make a few compromises, but nothing serious.

File Description:
This is an AFCAD2 fille for athens eleftherios venizelos international airport. It adds 88 parking gates ramps etc. in order to allow more airlines to use more parking space so the sirport to be crowded with aircraft trying to match reality. Accurate gate numbering.Information used from many friends like which airline parks at which gate ramp etc, has been considered and the gates assigned accordingly.Parking have been checked not to overlap with nearby aircraft. e.g. Not to overlap wings when parked next to each other.I have included an powerpoint presentation more like an airport layout in order to explain the structure of this particular AFCAD file,Night lightning has also been adjusted to the new ramps and gates thanx to the AFCAD 2 program and the new airport will look very nice.

Mexico City International Airport, Lic Benito Juarez Int.

File Description:
This scenery completely redoes the main terminal at the Mexico City Airport. It adds much greater texture, gates, and a more realistic building with improved night lighting effects. It also adds a few of the airport hotels and parking structures, with landscaping and roads leading into and out of the airport. Two static Mexicana aircraft are also included.

Chicago O'Hare (KORD) Non-Overlay Fix

File Description:
This file fixes the problem with aircraft not quite making it to runway 22L and sometimes 32L for takeoff. There are now 100+ parking spots runway 4R/22L/9R/27L/14R/32L for takeoffs and 9L/27R/14L/32R for landings (depends on the wind direction). Also be sure to check out my "Chicago O'Hare Pictures!" File Description:

AFCAD for Imagine Sim Charlotte KCLT with active crosswind runways

File Description:
This AFCAD activates the crosswind runway 5/23 for landings as in real life, which helps to increase the airport capacity. It also addresses some AI parking issues to better accomodate aircraft and help with the traffic flow around the terminal area. This is designed to be used with the Imagine Sim Charlotte KCLT International Airport.

KVBW - Bridgewater Air Park, Virginia

File Description:
KVBW is located in Bridgewater, VA Added aprons, taxiways, additional aircraft parking and buildings. Created with Airport Design Editor 9x by ScruffyDuck Software using current FAA documentation and Google Earth measurements, this package offers a replacement for FSX's stock airport. All these enhancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects.

Hoedspruit, South Africa (FAHS)

File Description:
A new afcad file for the default Hoedspruit Air Force Base (FAHS) in South Africa. A total of 42 parking spots were added, 30 of them for Military Combat Aircraft. This afcad file will be very usefull if you downloaded "southafricanairlink_corrected_wi05.zip" or "saa_group_winter05_.zip" by Vittorio Tenerini because it enables ai traffic to operate from the airport.
