Air Mandalay (Myanmar) Winter 2007/2008

File Description:
Air Mandalay, the first regional joint venture airline in Myanmar, was formed on October 6, 1994. The shareholders are the national carrier Myanma Airways, Air Mandalay Holdings Pte Ltd of Singapore and Premier Airlines Pte Ltd of Malaysia. Air Mandalay serves various destinations in Myanmar and Chiang Mai in Thailand on scheduled flights. The exceptional bird that adornes Air Mandalay's aircraft depicts the mythological Royal Hintha Bird which symbolizes loyalty, respect for traditional values, stability, good luck and prosperity. It's golden colour represents the numerous golden pagodas found throughout Myanmar and the burgundy colour signifies the colour of the robes worn by Buddhist monks in Myanmar. Flightplan effective 16th October 2007 to 30th April 2008. Flightplan tested with TTools, bgl-file included.

P-40B Tomahawk IIb Turkish Air Force

File Description:
Tomahawk MkIIB #3817 of the Turkish Air Force. The TAF obtained 42 Tomahawk IIB's from the RAF Middle East aircraft pool in 1941 and 1942. They had seen extensive service while in the RAF, and thus had a limited service life with the TAF. They were delivered to the 14th Air Battalion, 3rd Air regiment in Gaziemir. In 1943 they were transferred to the 6th Air regiment. In 1944, they were being replaced by Spitfire V's, but soldiered on until late 1946 as trainer aircraft. Their serials with the TAF were 3801 to 3842. Repaint for the A2A P-40 Tomahawk by Jan Kees Blom. I've also included a different camera view point, that works with the A2A P-40.

Air Lambert (VA) Airbus A321 'G-LMAE'

File Description:
This is one of Air Lambert’s Airbus A321s, G-LMAE, Pride of the Mountains. It follows the theme of all Air Lambert A321’s in that it wears a special livery. This one has mountains and skiers along the fuslage. It is based at London Gatwick in a two class layout and flies to destinations all over Europe. This particular aircraft was delivered to Air Lambert brand new from Airbus Hamburg on the 27th December 2004. Air Lambert is a successful Virtual Airline based at LGW (London Gatwick, UK) and MAN (Manchester, UK). USAF Douglas VC-118A Air Force One

File Description:
USAF Douglas VC-118A AIR FORCE ONE Tail-Nr. 53-3240, c/n 44611 in colors as preserved. In presidential service from 1961 to 1966, since 1978 loaned by U. S. Air Force Museum to Pima Air & Space Museum. Was actually designated the official presidential aircraft in the early years of the Kennedy administration and remained part of the presidential fleet during the Kennedy-Johnson administration, even though the White House had acquired a Boeing VC-137. The essential "Air Force One" for all FS2004 propliner fans (Version 2). A repaint of Tom Gibson's and Greg Pepper's great DC-6B by Hans Hermann, Virtual Birds Factory. (Version 2 corrects the problem of version 1, that came here with wings painted in a not authentic color)

RAF Greenham Commom

File Description:
RAF Greenham Common (ICAO X2GC) is a former Royal Air Force station in Berkshire, England. The airfield was southeast of Newbury, about 55 miles (89 km) west of London. It was opened in 1942, and was used by both the Royal Air Force and United States Army Air Forces during the Second World War and the United States Air Force during the Cold War. After the Cold War ended, the station was closed in 1993. The airfield was also known for the Greenham Common Women's Peace Camp held outside its gates in the 1980s. In 1997 Greenham Common was designated as public parkland. The HA-PET is one of the various planes flown by Hungarian Peter Besenyei, a two time World Aerobatic Champion and participant of the Red Bull Air Race 2006. While Peter Besenyei uses the Extra 300S, the Velox Revolution II and the Zivko Edge 540X in the Air Race, he is doing Air Shows with the Extra 300L HA-PET, sponsored by the Austrian lemonade company Red Bull. Royal Air Force Transport Command Douglas C-47 (Maam-Sim)

File Description:
The G-AMPY is the second DC-3 which is operated by Air Atlantique. She is mainly used for scenic flights. Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set in Royal Air Force Transport Command livery requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM). Please see readme for the url for the base package. Prop textures by Bob Rivera. Requires previous installation of OY-BPB C-47 package (BPB_FS9.ZIP). Installation instructions are included.
