This folder contains a repaint for the Douglas C-54 / DC-4 by Flight Replicas. It shows Douglas DC-4 VH-EDM of Qantas Empire Airways. This aircraft was built new for Western Airlines and entered onto the United States Aircraft Register as NC10203 - April 1946
It was sold to Australian National Airways in 1947 and entered onto the Australian Aircraft Register as VH-ANG. The aircraft was named 'Palana' (star).
It was sold to British Commonwealth Pacific Airlines in 1948 and reregistered as VH-BPD and renamed 'Discovery'. It was sold to Qantas Empire Airways in 1949, reregistered VH-EBM and renamed 'Philippine Trader'. It operated the inaugural Sydney - Darwin - Labuan - Hong Kong service as EM202 in June 1949
It was chartered by T.E.A.L. to operate the Melbourne - Christchurch (Harwood) - Melbourne service - June 29, 1951.
The aircraft suffered major nose damage whilst landing at Sydney (Kingsford Smith) on November 08, 1951, when the nose wheel collapsed during the landing roll, but it was repaired and returned to service.
It was sold to Zantop Air Transport Inc, Detroit, becoming N600Z in November 1959. It then went to Trans Mediterranean Airways of Lebanon in 1962 as OD-AEC. It crashed into the sea off Brindisi, Italy shortly after take-off on July 09, 1962, killing all six people on board. | Douglas DC-6 (OO-VFG) Delta Air Transport |

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Douglas DC-6 by PMDG. It shows Delta Air Transport OO-VFG. It was built in 1956 with c/n 45077 and first flew with Australian National Airlines and later Ansett as VH-ING. In1966 it went to France as F-BOEV, flying with sevral operators. In 1975 it went to Delta Air Transport in Belgium as OO-FVG (this paint), leaving again in 1978. It ended up in Africa as 9Q-CCM and was scrapped in 1995.

Textures for Jens B. Kristensen's Douglas DC-4/C-54 - repainted by Manfred Meyer.
This are textures only, You need to download and install DC4_V21.ZIP by J. B. Kristensen!
These textures decipt N90201 (c/n 10828) originally delivered july 1945 as a C-54D to the USAAF and was later in service with the USAF until 1974. After storage at Davis Monthan AFB she became civil as N90201 with Aero Union in 1978, then Hondu Carib Cargo and 1987 bought by Cpt. Frank Moss. Finally, in 1994 the aircraft joined the fleet of Brooks Air Fuel and was converted to bulk fuel tanker. After an no.2 engine fire in 1999 it was withdrawn from use and stored at Fairbanks AL.

This is a repaint of "Omni Air International" for the CLS DC10-30 payware model. This file is a TEXTURES ONLY file and you will need the payware CLS DC10 for the textures to be used.
These textures are 32 bit and for FS9 (FS2004). With that being said, they may work in FSX however installation of these textures in FSX is done at your own risk.

For FSX users make sure you have UNCHECKED "Aircraft casts shadows on the ground" under the Aircraft - Exterior Settings in FSX to make any FS9-based model visible during the day!
Texture quality; FSX Native: DDS DXT5 with alpha. FS9 Native: BMP DXT3 with alpha.
FSX Light Fix included in the DDS night texture.
Custom Light Map. Custom Shadows, Highs, Weathering as usual...
Included repaint is for the following model; AIA_DC_8_73 from AI Aardvark, Non-Reflective Model.
Model is available on AVSIM, FlightSim.com or on the author/developers site.
You need the basekit for this to work!!
Do make sure you copy the texture folder(s) in the respective folder.
