Tips and Tricks III. Tips and Tricks and Tips and Tricks II was so well received that I have compiled a third collection of Tips and Tricks for FS2004. that work well on my modest setup. This is not meant to be a comprehensive listing – just a few tips, tricks and ideas that I have come across that you may wish to try. This collection includes, amongst other things, a cool recommendation for KIDS (of all ages) and several suggestions for budding scenery designers. Also included is a brief discussion of frame rates and panel aliasing. Hopefully you will find something of use in these collections. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats by David "Opa" Marshall.

| Alphasim CF-100 'Canuck' , 8-pack new weathered redone textures (8 individual aircraft) |

File Description:
Totally redone textures for alphasim's CF-100 'Canuck' ( www.alphasim.co.uk ). Weathering, rivetting ,panel lines (and mush reworking of line positioning so control surface markings line up with actual model control surfaces) and given a hopefully realistic metallic look.
A note about dusk, dawn and night. For some reason with the lights on, the textures become transparent during these times. Solutions are to turn off lights or turn off reflections in the settings. I hope to find out why this problem exists but I don't know.
These are the result of many many hours or research and graphics work and I hope some people get something out of them. They bring this older model to new life in my opinion.

A380-800F/ER Flight Dynamics Upgrade/Correction
Required files include 388femx2.zip and pwpic11.zip. Best panel (suggested) is cacp234e.zip, although it takes a lot of work to figure out. This dynamics upgrade/correction includes corrected weights, engine power, and smoke using the key, as well as many other corrections that will make this version of the FedEx A380 appear as that most likely used by them. This will convert the original aircraft into a long-range version capable of flights over 9,000 nm. for the Just Flight/FS Insider freeware
Cessna 152 for FSX, which you must have
previously installed. If you want to paint it,
there are some vertical and horizontal panel
seams already in place that line up precisely
with each other from texture to texture,
so they can serve as accurate reference
points for quick and easy repaint planning
and painting. Used as a starting point for
a recent repaint, it seemed a waste to just
delete them after finishing, so I offer them
up to anyone who wants to mess around with them.
Have fun! Flies nicely in FSX-SP2.

for FS9(2004). This is a complete plane so no other files are required. The package comes with a
custom panel by Targan Unytmaz (tu734v2.zip) Wile this is a freeware package, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is it to be uploaded to the FLYAWAY site OR displayed in the FLYAWAY FORUMS. Should you wish to post screen shots of this plane on any other site, please give credit to me as the painter. This is a "Turkish Airlines" repaint for the Payware Dreamfleet Baron B58. In this package are only the two templates (Turkish Airlines repaint and the alpha chanel file). For installation read the instruction (Readme file). This Aircraft i was painting in the colors and with logo of Turkish Airlines. In reality the aircraft livery and registration number dont exist. Both are fictional. For using this aircraft you need the payware Dreamfleet B58 in Lite or RXP version. I was painting this livery on the tamplate from the Lite version, but you can use this template in RXP version too. The only different is, you see in external view the panel instruments from the lite version. Thats all, not more.

These repaints were designed and created specifically for 'DC-3 FAUCETT' by César Renteria P. and Ian Richardson, with much appreciated input from Andy Hatcher, Trevor Morson and 'DC-3 faucett' members. Otherwise, it's all down to Microsoft for giving us such a spectacular sim in FS2004.
Please bear in mind that these files are reworked as freeware from Microsoft originals, and thus are only of any use to users who have purchased FS2004; they must not, under any circumstances, be bundled in commercial products of any kind or included in any package that is charged for or sold.
This is a complete file, also you can add a new panel if you want.

The Mikoyan MiG-29 is a 3th generation jet fighter aircraft designed for an air superiority role in the Soviet Union. Developed in the 1970s by the Mikoyan design bureau, it entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1983, and remains in use by the Russian Air Force as well as in many other nations. NATO’s reporting name for the MiG-29 is "Fulcrum", which was unofficially used by Soviet pilots in service. It was developed to counter new American fighters such as the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and the F-15 Eagle.

File Description:
Project Airbus A320-200 Shenzhen Airlines. The 2011 Shenzhen Summer Universiade Specials package for Flight Simulator X. Aircraft model and texture of B-6565,B-6749 and B-6750 are included, along with Panel, Sound and Virtual Cockpit from the Default A321.
This is a complete update of the previous version as the texture is recreated on Version 2.1 public paintkit. Original aircraft by Project Airbus, texture by He Lingyuan, China. This package still uses A320 V2 model as it is the only FSX based version offered, however the texture is created on A320 V2.1 paintkit and works fine.
FS2004 users please search PA320CSZ_SUSZ2011_FS9.zip for the V2.1 package.
