| Aeroflot Russian Airlines McDonnell Douglas DC-10-30F |
|
File Description:
In the tradition and spirit of excelling with Flight Simulator Add-ons, SGA is proud to offer an update to the DC10-30 aircraft. The newly compiled model offers their new “Dynamic Flexing Wings”, which means you will see the wings flex up during takeoff, flex up and down on a hard landing or when encountering turbulence in-flight as affected by the current phase of flight and atmospheric conditions. Also with the assistance of a real world DC10 pilot, SGA have updated the flight dynamics to realistically represent the aircraft to a better degree than ever before. You will need the base package for the SGA DC-10-30 series to fly these Aeroflot textures.

| TEAL - the Coral Route - 1952 |
|
File Description:
TEAL introduced this service in 1951, ferrying passengers, mail and small freight items between Auckland (NZ), Suva (Fiji), Faleolo (Samoa), Motu Akaiami (Cook Islands) and Papeete (Tahiti, French Polynesia).
Service was initially monthly but after six months became fortnightly as its appeal spread world-wide. After all, who wouldn’t like to spend a holiday in a tropical paradise, conveyed to your destination aboard a flying boat, landing in tranquil lagoons fringed by white sandy beaches and palm trees?
Now you can relive those idyllic times by flying your Short Solent IV from Auckland to Tahiti in early May, 1952.
Please read the enclosed INSTALL.txt first and and coral52.doc files for essential information.

| Horton Ho-229v3 r2 |
|
File Description:
The Horten Ho-229 was a World War II prototype flying wing fighter/bomber. Designed by Reimar and Walter Horten and powered by two Jumo 004B turbojets it was built to carry a 1,000 kg load for 1,000 km at 1,000 km/h.
This is an updated version with 6 skins and visual model from Kazunori Ito's FS 2004 Ho229ab version and flight model from Jay McDaniel/Scott Gentile CFS3 ho_229v5 version. It has been adapted to FSX with a new instrument panel and gauges based on original Ho-229 photographs (no VC). Integration and gauges by Fred Highland.
Version r2 is the compute aircraft with impoved cockpit graphics and more realistic aero modelling.

| Satellite Assisted Landing System Version 9 |
|
File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Satellite Assisted Landing System, v9 (SALS). Using satellite data, this gauge provides glidepath/glideslope guidance into all runways inside the FS world. Approach heading and glideslope indicators are displayed during the landing phase in a fashion similar to those used with ILS and requires the same piloting techniques to keep the needles centered. Because SALS has the ability to guide an aircraft to both ends of a runway, every airport including grass strips and seaplane bases can be accessed with a high level of landing precision. In case of missed approaches, backcourse guidance is provided during climbout. Panel or separate window installation. Includes SALS icon gauge and Word doc with illustrated design parameters. File Description:
Fairey Albacore Prototype V2.0
The Fairey Albacore was a British single-engine carrier-borne biplane torpedo bomber built by Fairey Aviation between 1939 and 1943 for the Fleet Air Arm and used during the Second World War. It had a three-man crew and was designed for spotting and reconnaissance as well as delivering bombs and torpedoes. The Albacore, popularly known as the "Applecore", was conceived as a replacement for the aging Fairey Swordfish, which had entered service in 1936. However, the Albacore served with the Swordfish and was retired before it, being replaced by the Fairey Barracuda and Grumman Avenger monoplane torpedo bombers. This Aircraft depicts the prototype Fairey Albacore L7074. | American Champion Scout - N314M |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
N314M is a real world Austrian aircraft that either was converted from a Standard Scout to an Amphibian Scout. Or maybe it is capable of being converted at will. Perhaps someone will enlighten me.
Unfortunately, there are a couple of issues with the paintkit/modelling where the rudder has one surface that does both sides. Consequently 'Scout' is correct on the starboard side and inverted on the port. Secondly, the design on the wings should not be symetrical and finally, the 'GO WITH THE FLOW' should only be on the outside of the floats. Nothing I can do about that......Unless someone knows different! :-)
If you don't have RealAir's Scout....go buy it!

| RAF Langham - Norwich, Norfolk, England |
|
File Description:
RAF Langham is a former Royal Air Force station, located 15 miles (24 km) North-West of Norwich, Norfolk, England, from 1940 to 1961. The airfield was the most northerly of the Norfolk wartime RAF airfields and was situated 3.3 miles (5.3 km) from the North sea at Blakeney. This made it a desirable location to be used by Coastal Command which had come into prominence since the outbreak of the Second World War. Originally the base was built as a dispersal and satellite station to RAF Bircham Newton during the first few months of the war and it became operational in the summer of 1940. Third party add-on will be needed - see the included read-me.

File Description:
Douglas DC-4/C-54 Skymaster for AI Traffic. The C-54 is the military transport variant of the DC-4 airliner, and has enjoyed a 70+ year service span, with a few airframes still in service for cargo work or aerial firefighting. In conjunction with Jake Burrus, I present an 8-LOD AI traffic model to bring this iconic transport aircraft to the flightsim world. This package includes 8 models, 92 repaints, and a Photoshop paint kit. The paints in this package focus on the aircraft use from the 1970s to present day. Aircraft model and master textures by Jake Burrus and Michael Pearson, flight dynamics and repaints by Michael Pearson.

| Piper PA-31T Cheyenne Repaint Package Release 1.1 |
|
File Description:
Here is the entire collection of repaints for the Digital Aviation PA-31T Cheyenne Package that I have made.
One notable change is the switch to DXT3 format from 32 bit. This was done to decrease texture loading time. I have not been able to detect ANY difference in image quality as a result of the change. There are six repaints included in this package:
N801HL, a Cheyenne I
N134LV, a Cheyenne IA
N365KB. a Cheyenne IA
N151GS, a Cheyenne II
N366XY, a Cheyenne IIXL
N965RS, a Cheyenne IIXL
Each texture set is placed in its own folder, and includes pictures along with instructions.
The previously issued repaints have been modified to correct several small errors that have appeared:
The errors principally involved the transition of engine textures between the top and sides and/or the rear fuselage.
If this is the first download of these files for you, you need the entire contents of this package.
For those who have downloaded the previous release, dated 11/22/07, here is what is new in this package:
Cheyenne IA N134LV: Fuselage_1_T.bmp and Fuselage_3_T.bmp.
Cheyenne IA N635KB: Fuselage_4_T.bmp.
Simply replace the files you now have with these, overwriting the old files.
