FS2004/FSX The Project Airbus A380-800, which is included. Features dynamic wing flex with input from several new parameters including ground spoilers, fuel load, and angle of attack, control surface droop when the engines are off, independent parallel bogies when on the ground, custom tire rotation code, animated pack vents, idle-reverser animation, ground spoilers, smoothed gear and flap animations, customised nose wheel steering animation, accurate aileron LAF simulation, custom coded engine fan start-up and shutdown animations, windmilling engine fans (including fan inertia), improved antenna hiding method--alpha no longer required, thereby avoiding the "fuse hole" issue in FSX SP2, animated window wipers, animated probe sensors, hard coded "double strobes".

This folder contains a repaint for the Alabeo Beech Staggerwing in the colors of ZK-AJS (c/n 107). This was the former ZK-AEU after doing its wartime service (albeit almost permanently laid up for repairs) as NZ573. It was operated by the Auckland Aero Club on air ambulance and charter work. It was repainted very nicely in full 'Beechcraft' standard markings in red and silver. ZK-AJS was exported to Australia in 1955 becoming VH-BOU. After being re-registered VH-PMG in 1963 and VH-TOT in 1964, it had an accident in 1967 and was stricken off the register. A Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the blank textures by Alabeo.

| Aussie repaint for Long Island Classics - Christen Eagle II - Updated |

Version 2 - fixed bitmap - I forgot to reverse a logo on the starboard side under the canopy.
The Christen Eagle freeware model produced by the Long Island Classics team is fast becoming a cult flyer for the sheer fun factor. Thie paint is a fictional skin depicting an Eagle I have made up for use by my friends "Down Under". Thanks to the paintkit provided by the LIC team, this repaint also includes changed interiors, including the pilot! (It's me!). As an extra bonus, I have included a couple of lines to change the standard single smoke trail to a twin smoke trail - see the readme for details. You must have the LIC Christen Eagle model for this repaint

File Description:
Moon over Miami.
Fly the Sunshine State under a full moon or in the bright sunshine and you will see a vast improvement in the default scenery if you use the Joe Watson, Bob Brown, Florida Landclass Scenery Files. Created from the U.S. Geological Survey National Landcover Database and hand edited by Joe and Bob this is the most accurate scenery available for the State of Florida. Six individual bgls transform the default scenery into a recognizable landscape as you fly from the Keys, up the East Coast over Miami, and Fort Lauderdale then out over the Everglades on your way past Tampa to the Panhandle all the way to just east of New Orleans near Slidell and Bogalusa.

File Description:
There were no errors in my last panel, but there were omissions of guages that I overlooked, however. These have been fixed. Added are ATC guages (no more fumbling for keyboard if you are a CH yoke/pedal user), backup fuel guages so you know what PERCENT of fuel you have left (not just gallons :-P), a button for bringing up the flight map (that one was a big oops from last panel) a wind direction/speed guage and an altimeter pressure guage.
Yes, I managed to fit all this in without taking out anything except the secondary digital clock. TESTED IN PRO EDITION ONLY. I have not tested this panel in Standard edition.

File Description:
An FS2002 GPS flight Plan. The 38th in a series of Round the World flight plans for the FS2002 default scenery. Depart Thoise (Z13Q) runway 29, India and arrive 1 hour 24 minutes later at Kabul (OAKB) runway 29, Afghanistan. A very scenic flight. A climb up a valley followed by a tour between the mountain peaks and descent into a valley for the approach is featured. Keep a sharp lookout for you know who, there is a substantial reward still on offer. A VFR finals is featured (hand holding instructions given). The flight briefing (Word and text) is for a B737-400, it contains climb, cruise, top of descent and fuel loading details, waypoint timings and destination details.

File Description:
I uploaded this document about 6 months ago, when i was using it for logging stuff for my VA, i noticed some mistakes, which have now been changed.
The idea of making this document was to make flying more realistic, because pilots have to fill out documents etc after a flight. This document has not been made to resemble any document a pilot may fill out.
Any ideas welcome for any documents you wish to see in my Pilots Document Folder, which will be available from Avsim within the next few months then send them to [email protected]
I will set up a thread on the Avsim forum, where your comments will be welcome.

The Boeing 747 first took to the skies in 1969 and since then, has revolutionized air travel for
many decades. In 1989, the Boeing Company of Seattle, WA, introduced the Boeing 747-400.
Externally, this aircraft looked almost the same as the ones before. However, under her looks
was a brand new aircraft. This aircraft was able to fly higher, further and faster. With over 1200
747s in service, it still is widely used by many airlines around the world up till today.
Just over two years ago, on August 9, 2000, one of the world's first, if not the world's first next
generation FS747s for Flight Simulator were unleashed, featuring all the latest in eyecandy and
FS Technology.

File Description:
The Seventh in DBWsim Design’s series of historic WWII airfields in the Marianas Islands is Guam’s Northwest Field, on the northern tip of Guam. This pack follows up scenery packs for Kagman Field, Marpi Point, Isley and Kobler Field on Saipan and West Field and North Field Tinian. This scenery is a stand alone package and does not require any other DBWsim scenery packages to be fully functional.
Northwest Field is adjacent to the existing Anderson Air Force Base on Guam. This scenery is an important VFR reference on Guam. Our scenery is based on recent aerial and ground photos of the remnants of this field, to reflect the highest level of accuracy possible.

Pre FS2004 Reminder. FS Rule #1 - provide maximum computer resources for your Flight Simulator environment! If you are like me, too often I forget to close unnecessary programs before starting Flight Simulator. This little addon utility, in the form of a simple batch file, will bring up a reminder screen, allowing you to close other programs and allowing you time to do so before it starts Flight Simulator. The batch file uses an old MSDOS popup utility from the early 90's (by Robin Latham) which works just fine in Windows XP. This utility may be used in conjunction with Geoffrey Schreiber's fine Splash Screen Randomizer. Tested in Windows XP home edition and FS2004 only.
