The McDonnell Douglas F-4 E/F Phantom 2 is a two-seat, twin-engined, all-weather, long-range supersonic fighter-bomber originally developed for the U.S. Navy by McDonnell Aircraft. Proving highly adaptable, it became a major part of the air wings of the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and U.S. Air Force. It was used extensively by all three of these services during the Vietnam War, serving as the principal air superiority fighter for both the Navy and Air Force, as well as being important in the ground-attack and reconnaissance roles by the close of U.S. involvement in the war.
First entering service in 1960, the Phantom continued to form a major part of U.S. military air power throughout the 1970s and 1980s, being gradually replaced by more modern aircraft such as the F-15 Eagle and F-16 Fighting Falcon in the U.S. Air Force and the F-14 Tomcat and F/A-18 Hornet in the U.S. Navy. It remained in service in the reconnaissance and Wild Weasel roles in the 1991 Gulf War, finally leaving service in 1996. Phantoms remain in front line service with seven countries, and in use as an unmanned target in the U.S. Air Force. Phantom production ran from 1958 to 1981, with a total of 5195 built. This extensive run makes it the second most-produced Western jet fighter, behind the famous F-86 Sabre at just under 10,000 examples.

McDonnell Douglas F-4C Phantom II (Version 2). This is one of the most iconic military aircraft of all time, ushering in the modern age of air combat; from Asia to the Middle East; and many of the 5,057 manufactured airframes are still in active use today, after over five decades of excellent service.
This model set is what I originally envisioned when I undertook the modification of Nick Black's F-4E source files. Numerous changes are listed in the extensive documentation with this file.
This file contains early, middle, and late F-4C base models; as well as the EF-4C Wild Weasel variant and the F-110A Spectre prototype. The five main aircraft variants include a total of 35 loadout options, and a whopping 77 repaints representing these aircraft in service with the USAF (plus ANG and AFRES) and the Spanish Air Force. I have also included a layered Photoshop paint kit for repainters. Of particular note, I have included a large collection of 58th Tactical Fighter Training Wing repaints from my hometown Luke AFB from the 1970s. This project properly updates my comprehensive (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation.
This is the complete aircraft, with all main FS textures and effects included. Original FSDS source and paint kit by Nick Black; FDE by Mike MacIntyre, all model/paint kit modifications and repaints by Michael Pearson.

McDonnell Douglas F-4J Phantom II (Version 2). The four main aircraft variants include a total of 27 loadout options, and 57 USN/USMC repaints, of which 52 are individual squadron repaints. I have also included a layered Photoshop paint kit for re-painters. This project continues my comprehensive (AI traffic) history of this aircraft. I did not do this alone by any means, and all contributors that I can think of are listed in the documentation.

Original Payware Martin Mars required from Virtavia (previously known as Alphasim)....This is a PATCH for the Hawaii Mars to address the curved black lines that occur toward the leading edge of the wing, as it was not correctly shown in my original v3.0 release.....The v3.0 repaints from the following file (virtavia_martin_mars_coulson_v3.0.zip) must already be installed in FSX, as I have only included the texture files that needed to be modified.

This is a repaint of the Lockheed C-130 (L-100) in Airlift International colors. The freeware Alphasim/Virtavia Lockheed C-130 is needed for this repaint (link provided). Airlift International operated 4 Lockheed L-100 Hercules from 1967 to 1970. This aircraft, N9254R was purchased in 1967 and sold to Saturn Airways in 1970. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. Textures are 32bit bmp. It should work on FSX, P3D v1-3, & FS2004.

These represent the 37th Tactical Fighter Wing and also the 35th Tactical Fighter Wing as the jets transferred back to it's control after the 37th became the parent wing for the F-117. Also included are the 4485th Test Squadron's Detachtment 5. Textures only for Nick Black's F-4G AI model.

This is a repaint (textures only) for the SimWorks Studios F-4B Phantom II in the markings of USAF F-4C-23-MC s/n 64-0752 of the 480th Tactical Fighter Squadron, 35th Tactical Fighter Wing, based at Da Nang Air Base , Republic of South Vietnam, circa 1966.
Verified to work with FSX Acceleration. Should work with FSX Steam and P3d_v3, but hasn't been verified.

These are to accompany the F-4G Phantom repaints I did for the 52nd TFW and Mark Heimer's Spangdahlem F-16 repaints; both available on AVSIM. Textures only for the Henry Tomkiewicz AI F-16 model.
