| Bethel area airfields in southwest Alaska close to the Yukon River |

This presumes you have already installed my post of Bethel PABE. In the Yukon River area of Alaska there are a lot of small villages close together, which is unusual for Alaska. Almost all of them are on the coast or a river bank, and the local economies depend on fishing. Some are larger than others and have a fish processing plant, such as in Emmonak. This is the largest such plant and it exports prepared fish by cargo planes which fly in on a daily basis, using an extended runway. This post includes airfields to the south and west of PABE, 17 of them; some of them already included and now modified. There will be more airfields to the north and northwest of Bethel in a future post. There are revisions to Bethel to include parking spaces for Yute Air (newly included here) and extra spaces for Ryan Air. Both of these flew Cessna 205 planes into the smaller village strips from Bethel (past tense as Yute Air recently went bankrupt). The northwest area is served both from Bethel and also from St Mary's PASM, which is in the northwest and at a more economical range to the local airfields (100 miles closer than Bethel). These smaller airfields have few airfield buildings or any other creature comforts; featuring heavily are a new standard blue garage building (sometimes not yet installed) and a small and old terminal shed (that has sometimes collapsed and been removed). Kipnuk PAKI is the one that appears to have a second and long grass runway; what it actually has is the ground prepared for a new and long gravel runway but which hasn't been started yet as it has taken 10 years just to prepare the ground. I have no idea why.

File Description:
This B-24J-1-DT 42-51288 was produced at the Douglas Tulsa, Oklahoma plant. It was assigned to the 713th Bomb Sqdn, 448th Bomb Group, 8th AAF. It flew out of Station 146, Seething, Norfolk, UK. Its scheme is typical of later 1944 markings in the Second Air Division. Textures only, requires the Alpha Sim payware aircraft

This is a lovely flight that takes you over the Bahamas and many other gorgeous islands in the Carribean. Lots of Blue Lagoons, sunbathers and sandy beaches. It is a straight ahead GPS flight with only three VORs, so you can sit back and enjoy the view. FS98/FS2000 users with ACS-GPS can use the flight as well. Truly a beautiful flight. Adding ATC DIGIT Gauge - An Illustrated Tutorial. Adding this little gauge to the panel of your aircraft will allow you to respond to ATC options with your mouse - a very useful alternative to using the keyboard numbers. This brief tutorial shows how to add the ATC DIGIT Gauge by Nick Pike to the default Cessna 172 panel. While this is used to demonstrate the method, the concept can be used on virtually any panel. Setups for the default Cessna 172 and B737-400 are included. No programming knowledge is required and this package includes all of the required files. The tutorial has been compiled in .doc and .pdf formats. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary location. I am proud to present this Project Airbus A320-232, registration ZK-OJG, in Air New Zealand livery. This airframe was delivered to ANZ in March of 2004 and is operated by Zeal 320 Ltd for ANZ.
This project would not have resulted in such an accurate and detailed repaint had it not had been for the kind and talented Grayson Ottaway Of Tauranga NZ. He inspired this repaint from the beginning and was the best at giving feedback on changes we needed to make this repaint look just like the real thing. This full installation package includes the Project Airbus A320 model and air files, a modified FDE (with permission from Peter Binamira of Project Airbus), A320 lighting enhancements and 32-bit textures. Uses default 737-400 panel and sounds. Please see Install.txt for installation details. I want to dedicate this repaint to VATSIM NZ and to all of the simmers and aviators in the magical land that is New Zealand.

I am very proud to present this detailed repaint of Project Opensky's A330-300, registration PH-AKA, of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. This is KLM's first 300 model of the Airbus A330. It bears the name "Times Square - New York" on the fuselage below the pilot and first officer's windows.
There is a lot of detail on this repaint; all windows are hand-painted, 3D with window shades, custom night windows textures and other custom night textures, engine textures, engine fans, fuselage shading and tail textures are all custom. Also, the wheels/hubs and tires are custom and hand drawn. All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality.
This is a complete installation package; version 2004.7.1 of the Project Opensky A330-300 V2 model is included.
