SKBO - El Dorado International Airport (2013)

File Description:
El Dorado International Airport (IATA: BOG, ICAO: SKBO) is an international airport located in Bogota, Colombia. It is the largest Latin America airport in terms of cargo movements with 593,946 tons (2010) and the third in terms of passenger traffic, only behind Sao Paulo-Guarulhos International Airport and Mexico City's Benito Juarez International Airport, transporting 18,934,203 passengers in 2010; as well as the largest airport in Colombia and the main international and domestic air gateway in the country, serving as an important hub for Avianca, Copa Airlines Colombia, Aires, Satena, EasyFly and other cargo companies. This file has the right coordinates, with the apron and characteristics of the airport with the new international terminal just builed in 2012. The runways were reoriented to the correct direction, runway were resized the gates placed on correct location and number, CATAM was placed (Colombian Air force and Colombian National Army) and Colombia National Police and Colombian National Armada were assigned a correct apron. All the jet ways including the ones of the executive terminal are working. There is a copy of all the airport charts required to navigate in and out of this airport which are courtesy of: Areonatica Civil de Colombia and the originals can be found at www.aerocivil.gov.co/ under Informacion Aeronautica click AIP; on AIP click Aerodromos then click at SKBO. CRJ Panel Update v 2a

File Description:
Bombardier CRJ Panel Version 2a (Optimized for POSKY's CRJ-200) This panel update was created using portions of Chris Alevritis' CRJ bitmap with revisions and new additions to better compliment and maintain compatibility with the POSKY CRJ VC. Included are Eric Marciano's TCAS/radar gauge, Jorge Salas' collection of switches and toggles, a few files and the pushback gauge from the folks at FPDA, the signs2k gauge by Christian Koegler, Bill Morad's ATC panel, and an assembly of HUD gauges from Paul Golding. This panel also uses default gauges and requires Pete Dowson's FSUIPC version 2.83 or later. Significant updates include an expanded overhead panel, a working HUD, revised windshield center post perspective, and 'clicks' added to switches - other refinements accomplished as well.

CYYZ Replacement File for New Runway Scenery

File Description:
Replacement AFCAD file for the recently upload scenery for the new runway and buildings etc. at CYYZ by Warren Hudson and Hatem Soltani (CYYZFEDEX.ZIP). This file fixes several errors in the original AFCAD (broken links, overlying nodes etc.) and allows the AI aircraft to use seperate runways for take-off and landing (e.g. 06L for take-off and 06R for landing). Runway in use changes with wind direction (i.e. 33R/15L and 33L/15R are now used as well). Uploaded here because the original scenery package readme didn't have the authors' e-mail addresses! (Sorry guys I wanted to send it to you!). Original AFCAD by Warren Hudson and Hatem Soltani, modified by The Fid using AFCAD 1.3.2 by Lee Swordy.

Runway Ground Roll Sound for Jets

File Description:
After years of research watching airliner videos, flying real airplanes into and out of big airports where runways are filled with sounds from the centerline lighting, bumps, and pavement gaps - I have perfected the ground roll sound. I find this one so bold, clean and clear, that nothing else compares. I have tried them all... ones with freeware and payware aircraft. Assembled myself over one month time. Recommended for 1Gig memory computers ONLY. Anything less may cause a pause during touchdown as sound must load. On a 1Gig machine, there is no pause and the touchdown followed by rolling on landing is awesome. Takeoffs are as loud and rumbly as they should be! You'll experience rattles, centerline clump clump clump and more!

FS Timer v1.7

File Description:
Fs Timer is a freeware timer program for use with all kinds of flight simulators. It is very small, simple and easy to use program. Actually I don’t like timer built into FS, I never understood the timer inside FS so I decide to design one for my personal use. It is customizable timer for different simulation rate and has two timers with different setting and different functionality and you may use it not only for Fs. There is no connection between this timer and FS via for example FSUIPC and other modules so it works completely Independent. I found it very useful in my flights and I decided to share it with you. I hope you find it useful too!

Messerschmitt Me309V4 - 1944

File Description:
CFS2/FS2002 ME309V4 version 1.0. This is a repaint of Gerald Lindell's excellent original design Me309V. Features full animation including retractable radiator. Fsds2 model by Gerald Lindell, textures by Phanis Sima and flight model, dp and vc gauges byh Andre van Duin. This plane featured many new ideas such as pressurized cockpit, tricycle landing gear and retractable radiator. There were only four made (V1 and V2) and never made it into production. The BF109G could out turn it and it was judged inferior to the FW190D. If first flew on June 1942. Included also is a panel based on the microsoft 109G panel,Gerald's original Me309 panel, and my own modifications. Installation: Simply unzip to your CFS2 root directory! T.Sima [email protected].

File Description:
An FS2K4 GPS flight and plan by the Ancient Brit and the RTW-K4 Team for the FS2K4 default aircraft (B737-400) and scenery. Depart Flesland, (ENBR) runway 33, Bergen, Norway and arrive 1 hour 07 minutes later at Kvernberget (ENKB) runway 07, Kristiansund, Norway. The plan is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and kneeboard in-flight briefing. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals practise flight is included. The first 30 minutes of this flight is spent at low level (500 ft) skimming islands at treetop level before turning inland via a twisting steep sided fjord. This flight is not recommended to pilots of a nervous disposition.

SGA DC9-10 TAT-Touraine Air Transport

File Description:
TAT textures for the wonderful FFX/SGA DC-9 10 by Erick Cantu (model) and Fraser Turner (FDE). You must have the SGA DC-9 10 installed into your FS 2004 library.TAT leased this aircraft from Finnair in 1982/1983 to add capacity on its French domestic network (Mainland and Corsica) and to Sardinia island as well.TAT was the second french domestic carrier after Air Inter and operated regional aircraft like Fokker Nord 262,F27/Fairchild 227 and Fokker28.Some aircraft (F28) were operated on behalf of Air France in Air France color scheme . Later,Touraine Air Transport was renamed Transport aérien Transrégional.Old aircrafts were sold and were replaced by ATR 42/72,Fokker 100 and 737-200. TAT merged into Air Liberté October 26,1997.

FS SmartVIEW

File Description:
Add-in module for Flight Simulator 2004. Once installed, FS SmartVIEW is added to the Modules menu of Flight Simulator 2004 and modifies the behaviour of mouse wheel & buttons, as well as keys, adding support for SmartVIEW rotation and zoom. Change your eye point, fine tuning the angle and looking towards any direction, in just seconds, through natural movements of the mouse or by user's defined keys. Make a pre-flight external inspection by turning around the aircraft and zooming in/out quickly. Autopilot Override Gauge

File Description:
FS2004 Gauge: Autopilot Override. This small gauge allows the pilot to override the autopilot at any time without first turning it off. The gauge activates automatically when the autopilot is turned on and it begins monitoring the rudder, elevators, and ailerons. When a control signal is detected that would alter the aircraft heading and/or altitude, the gauge disconnects the appropriate autopilot system and signals a visual warning. If corrections from the pilot warrant that both altitude and heading systems be disengaged, the gauge disconnects both functions and switches the autopilot off. This causes the audible AP-disconnect warning to sound and the AP OFF light to flash continuously until the autopilot is re-engaged or the override gauge is turned off.
