Skyhawk HSI Upgrade and Performance Tweaks

File Description:
Makes the Skyhawk feel more like the real thing... Replaces the Directional Gyro with the Optional HSI that is delivered with NAVII Cessna Skyhawks. Performance is adjusted to more closely match the late model C-172SP (1999 and later) Corrects the problem of RPMs too high in the pattern to keep desired speeds. Adds the 'ballooning sensation' (increased pitch and lift) when flaps are increased. Pitch and Yaw Stability adjusted. Rudder effectiveness "tamed". Several other adjustments. See the C172Config.txt for a list.

Spain and Portugal SRTM Scenery Mesh

File Description:
This is a terrain mesh scenery for Spain (with Balearic Islands) and Portugal. Based on SRTM Data (3 arc/ sec), generated with Matthew Styles's program "SRTM To BGL v1.04", sampled to LOD9 resolution (76m). While tested under Fs2004, this mesh should also run in FS2002.

UK missing Navaids and Northsea NDB's

File Description:
FS2004 missed a few UK Navaids. I have made up this BGL file to include them and also added some NDB's for the North Sea. The UK navaids have been checked and the civil ones are listed in the UK air pilot as current. The other naviads taken from an older official reference but I was unable to check their current status. A txt file has been included giving their Lat/Long, Freqs and Idents.
