F4U-4N Bu. 82050 K205 VF-32 USS Leyte (CVS-32) LTjg Thomas J Hudner, Korea.
Near the Chosin Reservoir on December 4, 1950, Hudner crash-landed his Corsair on an enemy mountaintop in a failed attempt to rescue downed pilot Jesse L. Brown. For his act of bravery, Hudner was later awarded the Medal of Honor by President Harry S. Truman. A new skin, painted as an F4U-4N Corsair over DBolt's F4u-1C model. This Texture Folder comes with new texture bmp's, and new damage bmp's. With this skin, and DBolt's model, you have an unmirrored aircraft. Enjoy!

Highly detailed repaint including decals and patches as
used on jackets and helmets during the 1989 cruise aboard
the USS Carl Vinson.
High resolution repaint in carrier ready Grey/Red/White with
clean paint and no weathering/wear and tear effects added.
Armaments and stores repainted to live ammunition and unit
decals added frame and tail including the famous Miss Molly
Fuselage Art on both sides below the canopy.
The VF-111 Sundowners squadron was part of the west coast
carrier group based mainly near Japan and the S/E Asian coast.

File Description:
Curtiss F9C-2 "Sparrowhawk" for MSFS 2004/FS9. Contracts for two airships, the USS Akron and Macon had been issued on October 6, 1928, and it was intended from the start that these airships should be capable of carrying aircraft and launching and retrieving them while in flight. The F9C-2, was deemed to be the only high-performance type which was small enough to be carried aboard these airships. Model, Textures, Panel, and FDE "Tweaking" by Harold "Farmboyzim" Zimmer. The Scenery includes:
- The USS Carrier Harry Truman, CVN 75 with full function as an Airport with ILS approach capability.
- 6 F18-Fighters and a Navy-Heli on the Carrier.
- 2 flying Helicopters over the Carrier.
- 4 Navy-Destroyers escorting the Carrier.
In addition to the Carrier-Group:
- A Oilrig about 30 nm northwest from the Carrier. The Heli-Pat is a landable Platform !!
- 2 moving Destroyer based on a "Boats Traffic Plan" which are moving around the group according to the time schedule in the plan.

The team has done a excellent job creating this bird! This texture represents 2 paint schemes of F6F-3 white 13/BuNo 66064 of Ens Ed 'Wendy' Wendorf, VF-16, USS Lexington, 4 December 1943. I have included two repaints, one with red surrounds and one with blue surrounds. Please read the included read me for historical information on the plane and pilot. I have included optional Aircraft CFG entries to allow you to use these textures on the Drop Tank model.

UPDATED 01/07/2007. This is a updated skin pack from my previous upload. These textures were created with a new template and have better alpha textures, also there is less dirt than the previous versions.

This pack contains 4 sets of repaints, representing 4 planes from the VF-27 aboard the USS Princeton, 1944. Thanks to CWDT for building this beautiful aircraft. File Description:
This scenery updates the area around Bremerton, Washington, Mainly the Sinclair Inlet where Navy Yard city is located. This is a huge Naval yard which by default in FSX there isn't much there but a carrier. The update adds all the carriers, battleship, destroyers, other large and fishing/sport boats along with many docks, piers, marinas and many other objects. These objects were placed using aerial shots from Google Earth for proper placement. Though the placement is near perfect the objects of course are FSX 3D objects. The Subs? There aren't any subs in the FSX object library so I used "Ron Jeffers" ron_ez_maritime.bgl for the battelship, destroyers, subs and a riverboat. special thanks to "ron". The scenery also includes a fictitous Naval Yard Helo Base. There is a family inspiration for this location, please read the text files. Also included is the ship "USS Turner Joy", not a custom made ship but a ship from the default library to indicate where this "museum" ship is located. The atempt here was to give the area the Naval look and feel as you fly over. both West and East shores of Sinclair Inlet were updated with many objects. Everything is included in this download even the AF2 file for the start point at BNYP, the Naval helo base. Please enjoy this and visit the USS Turner Joy, it has daily tours. By Savageagle

But only if the Kestrel ever made it beyond the drawing board, and Canada decided to buy/build a Nimitz class aircraft carrer the HMCS Confederation.
For this repaint you need a legal copy of the RAZBAM F/A-201A Kestrel.
