File Description:
Chiang Mai was founded in the late 13th century. It was once the capital of Lanna, an independent Thai Kingdom and has preserved its unique cultural heritage to a marked degree. It is located 700 km (435 mi) north of Bangkok, among the highest mountains in the country. The city is on the Ping river, a major tributary of the Chao Phraya river. Culture of Chiang Mai is architecture reflects Lanna Thai,Burmese,Sri Lankan and Mon influences.There are some 300 temples in the city and on its outskirts. The Golden Age of Lanna-Chiang Mai lies some 500 years back in the time of king Tilokarat,but the city has recently been undergoing a process of regeneration,and while full of the bustle of modern life,it hasn't lost touch with its glorious past.
This scenery just only preview the real thing. If you visit Thailand, this city is the "must" see in your trip. The best time to go to Chiangmai is winter time since the weather is cool and bright sunny.

File Description:
This is updated scenery for Ubon Ratchathani airport in Thailand. Ubon was developed during the Vietnam war as an airbase for the USAF. After the war, the Thai Air Force continued to use it as a base, but it also came to be used by commercial airlines to service the Northeastern parts of the country. A new, modern terminal has been built, and international flights are expected in the future. A landclass and AFCAD2 file are included.

Re-upload. FSX/FS2004 KLM Douglas C-54B-DC PH-DBZ. Built a C-54B-1-DC Skymaster at Chicago, IL, for the USAAF (c/n 10480). Powered by four 1,350 hp Pratt & Whitney R-2000-7 engines.After WW2 struck off and converted by Douglas at Santa Monica, CA (DC-4 conversion No. 67, powered by four 1,450 hp Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp 2SD13G engines). Sold on 15 January 1947 to Santa Fe Skyways as N90862 'Sky Chief Apache'. Sold on 24 May 1948 to KLM as PH-TEZ 'Zeeland'. Used as a freighter only. Re-registered PH-DBZ on 29 March 1954. Broken up in 1958. Remains sold on 20 April 1959 to Aviation Traders Ltd., Southend, UK. Fuselage used as a mock up for the ATL.98 Carvair. Tail section of fuselage used to replace damaged tail section of Carvair #1 in July-September 1961. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's great Douglas DC-4 & C-54 V2.1 (dc4_v21.zip) and Douglas DC-4 and C-54 freighters V2.1 (dc4cgv21.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

FSX Douglas C-117D repaint textures for Westhoven Air Transit N7379W, for the freeware Manfred Jahn and team Douglas C-117D (c117d_v1_beta.zip), which you must have previously installed in FSX. Repainted using Mr. Jahn's Photoshop paint kit templates converted to bitmap and dds for compatibility with freeware paint programs. Saved in 2048x2048 32bit. Also includes engine exhaust smoke coordinates which you can add to your "aircraft.cfg" if you wish. Screenshots enclosed. Easy installation. Repaint by Tom Tiedman.

english:... corrective of breaker display right generator and master battery display of night. in the douglas dc3 original flight x simulator it misses 4 files of night display for these switches. I have recreate them to correct this lack.

Roosevelt) and of the Netherlands Government Air Transport, as well as DC-4-1009s and C-54s (modified to DC-4 standard) of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and DDA Dutch Dakota Association. These are textures only. You will need the FSX Douglas DC-4 & C-54 (DC4_V30X.ZIP). Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.
