File Description:
This package includes a great set of jet engine sounds, as heard from the cabin. I created and modified them in 16-bit stereo with a lot of BASS.. so you will hear the roar of takeoff and the rumble of reverse thrust! They are made specifically for the MD-80, but work well with the B717 and F100 as well. Highly recommended, but you should have Sound Blaster or better on your machine along with good speakers and subwoofer. I recommend headphones!!! I also include a very realistic wind-sound...which gets louder with aircraft speed.

This model is made for FS2004 and has some XML coded animations.: Flex Wings, Body gear steering under 15kt/above 1kt., Nose gear steering under 60kt above 1kt., Rudder lock under 60kt above 1kt., Ground spoiler only works on ground, Low speed aileron locks at high speed, Ground Service Equipments when cargo and bulk door open, and lot more! Livery details: ZS-SAU Cape Town as she appeared in the 1980's and then in the 1990's wearing the old and then newer Springbok colours. Livery painted by Philip Foglar.

This works for both FS9 and FSX. Tested in FSX. FSX & FS9 model used.
For FSX users make sure you have UNCHECKED "Aircraft casts shadows on the ground" under the Aircraft - Exterior Settings in FSX to make any FS9-based model visible during the day!
Texture quality; FSX Native: DDS DXT5 with alpha. FS9 Native: BMP DXT3 with alpha.
FSX Light Fix included in the DDS night texture.
Custom Light Map. Custom Shadows, Highs, Weathering as usual...
Included repaint is for the following model; FAIB_B737-200_N from FAIB, this is the N normal model, no logo light winglet model.
Model is available on AVSIM, FlightSim.com or on the author/developers site.
You need the basekit for this to work!!
Do make sure you copy the texture folder(s) in the respective folder.

"Springbok" scheme as she appeared in the late 80's. All textures are high quality 32bit and include shading, shadows and dirt - no mips.This package contains textures only.
