| Mandarin Airlines 1998 AI Package |

File Description:
Mandarin Airlines was a fully-owned affiliate of China Airlines based in RCTP. Today, Mandarin does mostly regional flying, but 1998 represented the final years of widebody operations for the carrier. The 747SPs were retired soon after, and the MD-11s and 747-400 gradually returned to China Airlines. Mandarin operated most of the US, Australian, European, and Middle Eastern flights for China Airlines at the time. Mandarin aircraft frequently swapped back and forth onto China Airlines routes and vice versa. As Mandarin had a small fleet, I elected to have Mandarin planes on Mandarin routes, but my China Airlines plans will also utilize Mandarin colors MD-11s on China Airlines routes, so the repaints in this file are required for China Airlines 1998. Swap out the aircraft as you see fit. Repaints by the talented Ranmori Scythe included for the FAIB 747-400, 747SP, and FSPX MD-11 included with flightplans by the not-so-talented Chasen Richardson. | Hawaiian Air 1998 AI Package |

File Description:
Hawaiian Air was a shell of itself in the Transpacific market in 1998 compared to today, while it was fiercely competing with Aloha Airlines in the intra-Hawaii market. DC-10-10s preformed all Long Haul flights as well as those to the USA, while a fleet of DC-9-50s competed with Aloha between the islands. At the time, all flights from OGG to the mainland actually originated in Honolulu and made a stop in Maui in each direction on which no tickets were sold between HNL\OGG. LAX was used as a stop over point as well for flights between HNL\OGG and LAS. All mainland flights from HNL were daily while flights to other destinations in the Pacific and between the mainland and OGG were operated only a few days per week. HNL-LAX was the busiest route for the DC-10, with 3 daily flights. The MD-80s, other DC-9 variants, and the DHC-7s were gone by 1998, but the DC-9-50s still served the smaller airports of LNY and MKK(even with some very short flights between the two) at the time which were soon after abandoned until Ohana by Hawaiian was launched in recent years with ATR-42s. | Palestinian Airlines 1998 AI Package |

File Description:
Palestinian Airlines was the short-lived hopeful airline of Palestine. Until the opening of the Yasser Arafat International Airport on the Gaza Strip(GZA\LVGZ) in November 1998, all flights were based out of the Al Arish Airport(AAC\HEAR) in Egypt. As I find GZA more interesting, I have made a version of these plans that use GZA and a version that use AAC, as in the September OAG, all flights were using AAC. Scheduled flights were flown by a lone Fokker 50, with 3x weekly to AMM and 2x weekly to JED. The 727-200 was doing charters to cities in the region, so I made representative plans for it using photo data and some other information I was able to find out about the routes and even general timings. The 727-200 departs GZA/AAC at 0830 daily and spends the night upon arrival, so you can often catch it at the home base while still seeing it abroad. File Description:
TAM Express was the regional subsidiary of TAM, operating a large fleet of Cessna Caravans connecting the major hubs with small cities across Brazil. The Caravans operated in full TAM colors and filled CGH and other busy airports while making multi-stop trips across the country of Brazil that sometimes went on for the better part of the day. The operation was so geographically vast that not all the networks are connected. Flightplans by Raphael Rodrigues, HTAI Cessna 208 texture by Jonathan Alba included.
