These include aircraft such as the Cessna 310,
Taylorcraft BC-12 and Bellanca Scout - together

Douglas C-54. The updated Junkers voice ensures
that nobody calls them Junk any more!

File Description:
This is the standard fs9 Cessna 172 with a custom panel to enhance learning the principles of Flight and Navigation. Large gauges are on the panel plus digital readouts for most of the gauges so that there will be no guessing of the readings. The view over the panel is 50% larger than the default Cessna 172. Not on the panel are most of the non-flying gauges such as fuel gauges, engine instruments, engine controls, etc. The intent was to keep the panel uncluttered. Thanks to Norman Hancock and Dave Bitzer for the non-standard gauge designs, and to Tom Goodrick for the great auto-start/auto-stop flight timer and to Kyle Copeland for the fine panel Bitmap. This file contains following API's for AirportForWindows: 6 cars, 5 trailers for gliders, 4 aircraft (Katana, Dimona, DG800), seasonal grass textures to replace grass.R8 All model have photo realistic textures, shadows, crashcode and ressource-pictures for AirportForWindows. Only for FS2002 (floating point commands) and you need to set the SCASM-Linebuffer to 48000 using the -LB-Parameter.
V1.1 recalculated normals for brighter colours.

FS Aircraft Shutdown systematically shuts down aircraft systems if they are in use. This is useful if you've created and started a flight with the aircraft "running" but prefer to start with a "cold and dark" cockpit. It's also useful if you don't want to manually execute shutdown procedures after a flight for whatever reason. (cj)

This is a re-upload of Craig Richardson's Metal Aircraft Corporation Flamingo.
The re-upload consists of the original Flamingo package released by Craig Richardson,
as found in an obscure website written in spanish about the history of the airplane.
I felt the need to re-upload it (as permitted by the original authors release notes),
since it is pretty much the only original model by Craig that can't be found in any FS library!

File Description:
This seems like a basic DC-9 right? Well no this amazing aircraft has 6 powerful engines, and VTOL capablities. It can hover, fly backwards, fowards, vertically. It works well with an incredibly short take-off but can also have a complete vertical lift-off! It if build could revoultionize the sirliner industry flying at well over 600mph and taking off on an area as small as a helipad. Nevertheless it is easy to do a conventional take-off using the whole runway. I think the cockpit controls are easy to use. But this plane takes a little bit of getting use to and is not an incredibly stable platform. Note: The DC-101+ take off best going 100% throtle at about a 50deg engine angle.
