You are the chief pilot of the South African Air Force Caravan 41 Squadron, based on
AFB Swartkops in Pretoria. You have been given the task by the Chief of the Air Force (CAF) to assist in a public relations exercise with the US Navy, who have an aircraft carrier docked just outside Saldanha Bay in the Western Cape, South Africa. The admiral on board with a few high ranking officers are to be entertained during their visit at Naval Base Saldanha. You are cleared to fly to AFB Langebaanweg and plan a VFR flight to show off our beautiful Western Cape country side, you are cleared to fly at any altitude you feel necessary. After consulting with the local pilots on the base you have planned the following low level route, over 2 days, which was approved by the CAF.

Samdim Design Bureau’s beautiful Tu-114 painted in 70’s livery with realistic weathering. A second repaint of the same ship in a “what-if-it-had-not-been-retired” fictional 90’s livery is also included. This is a major update of my previous 90’s paint job with realistic heavy weathering, fixed texture alignment, new markings and corrected registration. Looking to fill up FlyTampa's Kai Tak? Look no further! This package contains 1998 flightplans for Air Macau, Air Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific, and Cathay Cargo. Passenger plans are based off the summer 1998 Offical Airline Guide(OAG), while cargo plans are representative based off of early 2000s flightplans and backdated to represent the airlines in 1998. Air Macau did maintenance in Hong Kong and Air Hong Kong did training flights to Macau, this is represented in the flightplans with Air Macau spending a few days in HKG and Air Hong Kong doing 2 training flights on Sunday to MFM. If you are a P3D user, please download our package with repaints for FAIB and FSPX models. Each airline has up to 3 versions; standard, lite(with minimal variations), and bonus(with extra aircraft from the era but not active in 1998). These flightplans are part of a much larger 1998 Flight Simulator Project which will complete all scheduled, cargo, and charter flights to project countries as well as select military and GA plans as well as backdated scenery and ADEX.
