FSX Mesh South America Project:
This terrain mesh file is a part of a whole project covering all the Continent
of South America and some islands, divided in tiles identified in a map by its
column (letters) and rows (numbers).
Those files were multi-LOD compiled from 90m SRTM2 source data, reprocessed
with 3DEM to remove voids and spikes, providing a 76.4m (LOD9) horizontal
resolution topography intended for use only in FSX updated with SP1.
Although not well documented, to improve performance, the updated FSX loads DEM
files in threads and only the closer terrain (about 5-10 NM from the point of view)
is rendered in high detail, while at far distances FSX shows up its default low
resolution mesh, when there is not a third part terrain mesh compiled in all
others intermediate level of details (multi-LOD).

File Description:
Textures only. Inspiration for this skin was Super Cub (modded for 4 places) of Kirk Ellis (N1169A). This skin was created for Today's standard - hi-res (4096 pxt), soft weathering and some cockpit changes also (improving resolution too). Tested and created for P3Dv5 only. Btw. you need FR Super Cub but "Ultra" package (so FSX version, it works well in P3Dv5 also, without any issue). I did this skin for Ultra, not for Extreme version (free add on from Flight Replicas for P3Dv5) because I needed to have different wing mechanics (in real this plane has similar wings like Ultra, not standard). This terrain mesh file should substitute the before one we uploaded with the same name, which presents a small area with some voids that were not detected in our tests.

| Fort Resolution CYFR in the Northwest Territories, Canada |

File Description:
Fort Resolution is on the south side of Great Slave Lake, 75 miles east of Hay River and just west of where the Slave River flows into the lake from Fort Smith. Fort Resolution, the oldest community in the Territories and once a vital link in the fur trade business, is a small town with a population of around 500. It was not included in the original FS9 or Ultimate Terrain so I have added it here.
The airfield is next to the town on the lakeshore. The runway is 4,000 feet of gravel with a displaced threshold at the southern (town) end; it is lit and there is PAPI. There are no scheduled flights to Fort Resolution, just occasional charters; the AI includes a stock FS9 Cessna and a Wasaya Airways PC12.
