I previously made this paint for the RealAir Turbine Duke which was a bit of a cheat because the paint really belongs to the B60. Built 1981, N14VP was sold to Southern Aircraft Consultancy Inc. Bungay, Norfolk UK in about 2011.SAC enable UK owners of US registered aircraft to retain their N regs. Prior to that she lived in Scottsbluff,(KBBF) Nebraska.

Lockheed L1011 in the 1990's All Nippon Airways livery and a fictitious ANA gold livery twin pack. I don't believe ANA ever put their gold livery on the L-1011 but it looks very classy. The textures are a mix of 32 bit 888-8 and DXT3 formats, to insure clarity without loss of frame rates. There are also no mips to cause blurriness. All alphas are created to ensure fully reflective areas. Enjoy

Re-upload. Lockheed L1011 in the 1970's All Nippon Airways livery. This particular aircraft, JA8506 , was flown to Australia in 1974 and used as a demo before entering service with ANA. The model is by Mike Stone. The wings, pylon, and engine textures are completely new to this model and better represent the look of the real aircraft. All textures contain a mix of 32 bit 888-8 and DXT3 formats with no mips, to insure clarity with minimal loss of frame rates plus custom alphas for realistic reflections. I recommend using the REAL Rolls Royce RB211 soundset from Skysong Soundworks and any L1011 panel by Ken Mitchell which are both available on Avsim. Enjoy !!!

Re-upload. Thai Sky airline is still operating the venerable Lockheed L-1011 to this day. Most of its routes are out of Bangkok to points throughout South East Asia although I occasionally see them leaving Chiang Mai Int. airport in the north of Thailand. The model is by Mike Stone. The wings, pylon, and engine textures are completely new to this model and better represent the look of the real aircraft. All textures contain a mix of 32 bit 888-8 and DXT3 formats, to insure clarity with minimal loss of frame rates plus custom alphas for realistic reflections.
