vMETAR v1.5

File Description:
vMETAR is a voice METAR and ATIS announcement program for VATSIM and IVAO pilots. vMETAR works by monitoring your COMMS stack whilst you fly and announces the METAR and ATIS reports when you tune to a valid, in range ATIS frequency. Just like the real thing! Whilst METAR reports are produced automatically, ATCs from either network need to register to produce ATIS reports via the vMETAR website at http://www10.brinkster.com/vmetar. Requires FSUIPC.

Air France Boeing 777-200ER Fix

File Description:
A fix for my Air France MelJet 777-200ER repaint. It fixes engine textures to match the real plane as well as night textures and the tail section reflections. Also fixes the missing Fan shaft texture problem and a wing texture issue that is actually a fix for most repaints of this bird out there. Sorry for any inconvinience this might have caused. Just place this textures on the textures folder of the airfract.

Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Alaska (PANC)

File Description:
This AFCAD2 file shows Anchorage International Airport as I remember it when I was there this summer. I also based it on the airport information on their website. I added some additional taxiways to help planes get off the runway quicker, and took some liberty with smaller gates, but the airliner gates are pretty accurate. They are mostly tied to the prototypical gates, and capture the look and feel of the real place.

Ith Soaring

File Description:
Ith Soaring adds 3 real gliderports, a virtual NDB and ridge, wave and thermal lift to fs2004. Wolfgang Piper's gliders available at avsim highly recommended. This scenery is NOT recommended for fs2002 though it functions somehow. The Ith mountain range is some 20 nm south of Hannover EDDV and rises up to 1000ft AGL providing all sorts of lift on a ridgeline of some 30 km. Startup flight included. May the lift be with you.
