File Description:
The LAKE WEIR Facility (24FA), in Oklawaha, Florida, is a Private SEAPLANE BASE facility. Located 2 miles W of the nearest business district, LAKE WEIR covers 6,000 acres. The scenery was made with Airport Facilitator X and Instant Scenery. I added Seaplane docks, static seaplanes, medium marina, fueling dock and some buildings to make landing here more interesting. The real Seaplane base does not have docking for seaplanes/float planes. Interesting base to land at because you have to come in low over houses and watch out for boats on the lake.

FS2004 Scenery - Naval Submarine Base New London Groton CT. On the east bank of the Thames River near Groton, CT, New London Naval Submarine Base was the birthplace of the submarine force. It was originally a Navy yard, converted to a submarine base in 1916, and greatly expanded in World War II. The advent of nuclear power required an improvement in training and support facilities. By 1959, New London had become the largest submarine base in the world with 8,210 active personnel. The base was recommended for closure by the DoD in the 2005 BRAC Recommendations. FS2004 Scenery - Dover Air Force Base or Dover AFB (IATA: DOV, ICAO: KDOV, FAA LID: DOV) is a United States Air Force base located two miles southeast of the city of Dover, Delaware. Dover AFB is home to the 436th Airlift Wing (436 AW) of the Air Mobility Command (AMC), known as the "Eagle Wing", and the AMC-gained 512th Airlift Wing (512 AW) of the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), referred to as the "Liberty Wing". It was the only base to solely operate the massive C-5 Galaxy, with two active flying squadrons (the 3rd Airlift Squadron, which now operates the C-17 Globemaster III, and 9th Airlift Squadron) and two Air Force Reserve flying squadrons (the 326th Airlift Squadron and the 709th Airlift Squadron).
