This folder contains a repaint for the A2A North American T-6 Texan/Harvard in the colors of F-AZBE, an AT-6C c/n 88-13399, serial 41-33726. It went to the RAF as EX753 and in 1953 to the Belgian Air Force as H-210. It was armed and used in the Belgian Congo, where it was shot down near the bridge of Inkisi on 17 July 1960. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

Repaint for the FSX only JKB Boeing Stratoliner vers 1.1 in dds DXT5 format
Clipper Rainbow NC19902 SA-307B (c/n 1995) is depicted here in what I'd call an interim paintscheme circa 1942/45. The livery has elements of the earlier PAA 1940 scheme supplied with the JBK Stratoliner and elements that were on the postwar Pan Am bare metal schemes as well some that I've only seen on this one.

This is a repaint in .ptp format for the PMDG FSX/P3D DC-6A. It is of a USAF Military Air Transport System (MATS) C-118 as it would have been painted in the early 1960s. This aircraft, 50-7642, was believed to have been operated by the 1611th Air Transport Wing (Heavy), McGuire AFB, New Jersey.
To install, You MUST have the PMDG DC-6 and the Operations Center (Version v1.17.26 or later) installed

A repaint for the A2A Cessna 172 Skyhawk in the colors of ZK-EKP, a C172M (c/n 17267279) that is used by Mountain Air of New Zealand to fly daily tours of Tongariro National Park which includes flying over 3 active volcanoes. Mt. Ruapehu is the one of most active volcanoes in New Zealand and highest peak on the North Island. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.

File Description:
This is a repaint of one of the 2 aircraft used in the film "The High and The Mighty" (John Wayne and Robert Stack - 1954). This aircraft actually flew in this paint around Los Angeles and the bay area of southern California in November of 1953 for in-flight footage, so it's entirely fictional...but the airline was.
The original repaint was by Dave McQueen for Jens B. Kristensen's DC-4/C-54 version 2.0. I have updated it to make it compatable with the Jens' new version 2.1 (DC4_v21.zip) to use the DC-4-1009 airfile. Load your plane with 3050 gallons of fuel and balance out passengers and cargo to total 73,000 lbs. and you can duplicate flight #420 in the film! If you wish to shut down engine #1 and dump 200 gallons of fuel from the left wing and see if you can still get to San Fransico from Honolulu, that's up to you..but it is a challenge. This folder contains a repaint for Piper Comanche by A2A, in the colours of SE-FFG, (c/n 24-2748), a Comanche built in 1961, originally N7542P and G-ARXI, but which came to Sweden in 1968, becoming SE-FFG. It passed through several owners until it was damaged beyond repair during a wheels-up landing at Fyresdal airport in Norway in 2005. The fuselage is currently on display in the Aeroseum near Göteborg, Sweden, where it is used as a flight simulator.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by A2A.
