This folder contains a repaint for the Milviz P-38L, representing P-38J-20-LO 44-23511 "ARKANSAS TRAVELER" from the 392nd Fighter Squadron, 367th Fighter Group, 9th Air Force, flown by James Owen Fincher, from Camden, Arkansas
James Fincher was born December 24, 1920 in Camden, Arkansas. During World War II he flew 62 missions as the pilot of the P-38 Lighting named "ARKANSAS TRAVELER". James Fincher passed away aged 92, October 28, 2013 at the Ouachita County Medical Center, Camden, Arkansas. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Milviz.

| RAF High Ercall - Staffordshire, England |

File Description:
RAF High Ercall is a former Royal Air Force station situated near the village of High Ercall, seven miles north-east of Shrewsbury.
It was a post expansion station with work starting in 1938, however, personnel started arriving before it was fully finished in 1940. The unit had a variety of permanent buildings mainly located on the main unit site and the temporary accommodation and sick quarters were located on the south of the airfield.

File Description:
RAF Coleby Grange was a Royal Air Force station situated alongside the western edge of the A15 on open heathland between the villages of Coleby and Nocton Heath and lying 7.4 mi (11.9 km) due south of the county town Lincoln, Lincolnshire, England.
Opened in 1939 and operated as a fighter and night fighter airfield during World War II, it was occupied at various times by UK, US, Canadian and Polish fighter squadrons, the station briefly switched to a training role post-war before being placed on a care and maintenance basis.

File Description:
RAF Barney is a former Royal Air Force station located 1.7 miles (2.7km) north of Bardney, Lincolnshire, England and 10.2 miles (16.4km) east of the County town of Lincoln. It was built as a satellite to RAF Waddington in 1943 and the airfield closed in 1963.

GOL Boeing 737-800 PR-GXR with livery in honor of the pioneer of global aviation, Alberto Santos Dumont. Santos Dumont (1873-1932) invented the airplane as we know it, capable of taking off by its own means, with an engine in 1906. In celebration of its 150th anniversary, the Brazilian Air Force launched the portal https://www.fab.mil.br /santosdumont150anos/ and GOL painted one of its Boeing 737-800 in honor of the milestone, as it had already done in 2006. Repainted by Alexandre Alves for FAIB Boeing 737-800 Winglets model.

This package is already contained in "F-16C_HAF_v1.zip" file (presenting a Hellenic Air Force F-16C Block 30 aircraft) can found in AvSim.com library, so if you already have dowloaded this package, you don't need this. It is fully compatible with FS2K2. A very completed user's manual (43 pages) which can be read with Adobe Acrobat is only available in the full version including the aircraft as described before. Realistic radar & HUD gauges combatible with FS made by Eric Marciano.

Oklahoma City production plant as 43-48032,ex RAF KG749,640309,7039 and 5T-CJQ.Was based at Nouakchott by 1965, flew latter with Air Mauritanie as 5T-CJQ.Derelict.The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont, original textures are by Jan Visser. .Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

Photoreal repaint for Warwick Carter's excellent freeware P-51D Mustang Version 2 available here with filename 'p51dver2.zip'. Be sure to have installed Warwick's Mustang Version 2 first in order to use these repaint files. Depicted here is P-51D "Twilight Tear", built in 1944, originally served with the USAAF as 44-63864/HL-W flown by Lt. Hubert Davis. Later transferred to the Royal Swedish AF as Fv26158, then to the Israeli Air Force as 38, retired to Israeli museum, then airworthy as 4X-AIM, SE-BKG, N42805 and currently G-CBNM.

This is a repaint only for the SOH A-26 Invader, depicting an A-26B attached to the All Weather Flying Center, Clinton County Air Force base, Clinton County, Ohio in 1947. The aircraft is fitted with an early style "six-gun nose." You will need the new six-gun nosed model with turrets (A26cmargie.zip) By John Terrell which is available at Sim-Outhouse and here at Avsim installed as well as the SOH A-26 complete package from Sim-Outhouse.

File Description:
A repaint of the superb payware Skysim Mirage III/V package. It is painted as Dassault Mirage IIIRZ "838" of 2 Sqn South African Air Force, based at Hoedspruit AFB in the 1980's. The SAAF was a major Mirage user and they had a large fleet of Mirage IIICZ, IIIEZ, IIIRZ/R2Z and IIIBZ/DZ trainers. The recce IIIRZ's operated alongside the fighter Mirage IIICZ's at No. 2 Sqn and they proved to be a very important tactical asset during the long border war in South West Africa/Angola.
