This folder contains a repaint for the Spitfire Mk.IX by FlyingIron, in the colors of Spitfire XVI TB991 GE-L 'Liège' o fNo.349 squadron of the Belgian Air Force, 1946-1947. This aircraft was on of the 27 Spitfire LF.XVI's that were loaned by the Belgian Air Force immediately after the war until the Griffon powered LF.XIV's could be delivered that were ordered by the Belgian Government. The LF.XVI's were given Belgian roundels, although they were never owned by the Belgian Air Force. Most of these aircraft were returned to the RAF after a while, but TB991 had an accident at Beauvechain on Feb. 3rd 1947, was deemed uneconomical to repair and was not returned to the RAF, but scrapped. This Belgian company results from the merging of SN Brussels Airlines with Virgin Express. (SN Brussels Airlines comes itself from the old Belgian Sabena company). Please note that you need a complete version of Air Shceffel's B737-800 to make it run.

Textures for Manfred Jahn's Avro York -repainted by Manfred Meyer.
You need to download the avroyork.zip basepack and I recommend to use the FS2004 Avro York Merlin 500 FDE and panel update also.
Many Yorks were used in Northern Canada to support building the Dewline stations and other supply operations.
These textures decipt CF-HMX (c/n MW167) used by Arctic Wings Ltd., Churchill Manitoba from 1954 until it crashed 12.4.1956 at Hall Lake NWT Canada, where the wreckage remains until today.

The Mikoyan MiG-29 is a 3th generation jet fighter aircraft designed for an air superiority role in the Soviet Union. Developed in the 1970s by the Mikoyan design bureau, it entered service with the Soviet Air Force in 1983, and remains in use by the Russian Air Force as well as in many other nations.Nato reporting name for the MiG-29 is "Fulcrum", which was unofficially used by Soviet pilots in service. It was developed to counter new American fighters such as the F-16 Fighting Falcon, and the F-15 Eagle. Panel, Gauges, model, sound and textures by Author Andreas Meyer.
