CYKA - Kamloops Airport / Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada (version 1.1)
This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I've made several changes to the
airport which are listed below. All these enchancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects. I've used satellite images, terminal photos and
maps throughout the whole process so building locations are as accurate as possible. Happy landings in the beautiful Canada!

SkySpirit2010 767-200 v5. FS2004 and FSX package! Model features High resolution textures, Dynamic flexing wings, Body gear steering, Nose gear steering, Rudder lock, Ground spoilers, Low speed aileron locks at high speed, Fully animated control surfaces, Fully independent suspension, Trim Animation, Opening Passenger Doors, Animated tilting bogies, Rolling wheels, Animated thrust reverser's with reverser block doors, Detailed textures, Full night lighting, Crash affects, Ground Service Vehicles And more. Model Designer Hiroshi Igami/Yosuke Ube. Flight Dynamics Designer Warren C. Daniel. Textures by Philip Foglar. Livery by Stephen Groom. In the early 1990s before the emergence of alliances British Airways bought a stake in US Air with the goal of improved connections and greater share of the internal US market. As a result of this three of US Air 767-200s were painted in British Airways livery, used the BA call sign "Speedbird" and had US Air crews trained to BA standards for three routes into LGW from BWI, CLT and PHL. Eventually the alliance collapsed and BA formed and alliance with American Airlines who are now ironically trying to merge with US Air's successor US Airways.

File Description:
The penultimate of the Jersey Airlines order was, along with G-APWJ delivered in a British United version of the Jersey Airlines livery. Sold to Taiwan in 1968 it was written off in a forced landing due to an engine fire a short time later. You will need Rick Pipers FSDS2 HP Dart Herald from his site

The CI division of BUA had continued to operate within the group and it was decided reorganise its operations, rebranding as BUIA. When BUA was sold BUIA was retained dropping the United and becomming British Island Airways and eventually merging with Air Anglia to form Air UK. This British Commonwealth Air Training Plan (BCATP) scenery will install approximately 160 BCATP stations across Canada and they will resemble what they appeared like in the 1940s. You will see an abundance of aircraft from that era and the buildings were produced in GMax from drawings used when those stations were operational. The scenery will be self installed. Start your favourite Harvard, Tiger Moth or Anson and take yourself back in history to WWII.

A new Terminal Building, Apron/Taxiway Lighting, Static Aircraft and other airport related objects have been added to improve the overall appearance of this airport. A road has been added which terminates at the ferry dock.

File Description:
The DC9-51 brings a new aircraft fully compatible with FS2002 also seems compatible with FS2004 with some slight issues relating to the fuel / payload settings, we recommend you do not attempt to change this if running FS2004. You will find it made completely in Gmax. It features the latest reflection including dynamic shine, lighting, and animation technology including accurate flaps, landing gears, and thrust reversers and dynamic wing and engine views. This is a second release in a line of MD aircraft. The FDE is the superb FDE by Sam Chin with modifications by Mike Baumann (C)(2003), and the model is by Jonathan Stewart and Erick Cantu. This aircraft is truly a multi-group effort, one of many to come. The model itself is evidenced of this. The complete model is done by FlightFX. The lighting effects are by SGA. Base Textures by Erick Cantu, Mike Baumann and Takehiro Nakamura.
