File Description:
A fictitious scenery that assumes both A&AEE and the RAF built an airfield on Foulness Island in Essex shortly after WWI. Versions are provided for both VFR and Default scenery. Consists of airfield, hangars, workshops, office and accommodation buildings, Helicopter base, seaplane base and small harbour, magazine areas, fuel dump, ammunition and fuel jetties, surface to air missile defense batteries, and three helicopter landable Leander class frigates at sea. A large number of models were constructed for this, but it also requires the download of third party libraries. Provided in modular format so that you can use as much or as little as you wish. Chopper world is for Helicopter fans, although some objects can be used for other settings. They contain just about everything a helo pilot requires, from ocean pads to mountain pads and everything in between. APUs, trailers, fuel drums, stepladder, fuel stations, to many to list. You can make your own set with all the gear, it is virtual unlimited as what you can make and do. There is a custom trailer specifically made for Hovercontrol's Bell 412. Moving Map ROTW 230 PA 28 by Laurent Claudet and TJ (ROTW).
The ROTW PA 28 is now equipped with the new ROTW 230 moving map GPS.
Other improvements :
* Improved instruments : airspeed indicator, altimeter, artificial horizon, ADF
* A master switch for the avionics (no more small white switches)
* Improved pilot position : the yoke is now in the middle of the field of view.
* Improved precision of the fuel level, oil pressure and fuel pressure gauges.
* Bugfix for the rheostat : it now changes the level of the instrument lighting and not of the whole cockpit
* Improved sideviews

GLA_DUMP_v0117.zip contains BGL files for the following 10 small
airports served by Great Lakes Airlines: KATY, KCYS, KFMN, KPGA
KPIR, KPRC, KPUB, KRIW, KSLN and KTEX.
KPGA, KPRC and KPUB have a compass rose. Follow instructions in
the read me file for optional installation.
I created an AP Diagram for KPGA showing the taxiways.
The BGL's include the airport, buildings, approaches and new
RNAV SID/STAR waypoints missing in FSX based on current charts.
FBO locations include fuel triggers at the fuel
pumps marked by a contrasting apron color.
Created for use with FSX Acceleration.
For replacing the default airport in FSX ONLY!!
