File Description:
This file contains a repaint for the beautiful de Havilland DH-89A Dragon Rapide by Dave Garwood c.s. which is available at Classic British Flight Sim. It features the DH-89B Dominie PH-OTA of KLM's susidiary KLM Aerocarto which was used from 1952 till 1962 for air photography. The real aircraft still exists, in the camouflage livery it had during its days with the -then- Netherlands Air Force. It is part of the static collection of the Nationaal Militair Museum (National Military Museum) at Soesterberg, Netherlands which is to open its doors in the Autumn of 2014. The de Havilland DH-89 Dragon Rapide was designed as a short-haul airliner for 6-8 passengers, making its first flight from Hatfield on 17 April 1934. During WW2 many Dragon Rapides were impressed by the military forces for communications transport and served under the name de Havilland Dominie. Additionally over 500 Dominies were built, the majority as radio and navigation trainers but several also as communications and transport aircraft. Since de Havilland's priority was the mass production of the famous Mosquito, 335 of the Dominies (including PH-OTA)
were built by Brush Coachworks Ltd., Loughborough, UK. In all 731 DH-89's were built, several of which are still airworthy some 68 years after production came to an end. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

Textures by Garry J. Smith-Ford of the Tri-Motor Project.
The aircraft.cfg entry is also included in this download - this repaint is suitable for both the FS2004 and FSX version of the aircraft.

On 7th of October, 1953 KLM's Douglas DC-6 "PH-TGA" named "Dr. Ir. M. H. Damme", carrying race number "021", took off from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport to participate in the London-Christchurch Air Race, to commemorate Christchurch's 100th anniversary. Download and install the DC-6B Super Cloudmaster, by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson (file DC6B_CB16.ZIP) and Hans U. Hermann's KLM texture file (DC6KLM01.ZIP). See Readme file for scenery suggestions.

I want give a new concept to KLM based on one Fokker F-100 White. The aircraft model includes "Maintenance Mode", where you can open the engines and look inside, deploy the Ram Air Turbine, open the cockpit window, open the gear bay doors while on the ground, folding wings, flexing wings, full animations, dynamic shine, reflective surfaces. Re-upload. FSX/FS2004 KLM Douglas DC-4-1009 PH-DBT. Built at Santa Monica, CA (c/n 42908). Powered by four 1,450 hp Pratt & Whitney Twin Wasp 2SD13G or Pratt & Whitney R-2000-11M2 engines. This was the first 'real' DC-4 delivered to KLM on 16 March 1946, following the delivery of 18 ex-USAAF C-54 Skymasters. The aircraft was registered PH-TAT, named 'Twenthe'. On 29 March 1954 PH-TAT was re-registered PH-DBT and sprayed in an attractive modern version of the 'Flying Dutchman' livery. It was sold to Air France on 3 June 1958. After having flown with Trans Europe and Vargas Aviation it was impounded in July 1975 by the government of Niger and stored. The DC-4 has probably been scrapped since. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's great Douglas DC-4 & C-54 (dc4_v21.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

File Description:
This is the first repaint of PH-BQB "Borobudur", KLM's second 777 which was delivered on November 7, 2003. I used the v1.0 model made by Melvin Rafi (http://www.meljet.com), so this version doesn't have the useless extended virtual cabin. Version 1 is therefore more framerate friendly than Version 2.
I made this repaint as realistic as possible. Every sticker on the real KLM 777 is integrated in this virtual replica, including the red "cut here" square near the cockpit windows, the new KLM-NWA alliance logo (see image on the top right) and the ETOPS notification on the gear door bays.
The model features everything you'd expect from a GMAX model (i.e. full moving parts & control surfaces). The model is made for FS2002, but will also work in FS2004. To install in FS2004, please refer to the readme.txt file within the download.
