42-76464, a P-47D-20, was assigned to Lt Floyd N Hass of the 391st FS/366th FG from Asch (Y29) in Belgium, january 1945. It was belly-landed by Lt Sampson after he'd been hit by flak. Repaint for the Shockwave P-47D by Jan Kees Blom.
