This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang, in the colors of P-51D-15-NA 44-15001 6N-N "Silver Streak" flew with the 505th FS, 339th FG from Fowlmere in the UK, with Capt. Robert E Irion, of Axtell, Kansas as its regular pilot. It was later reregistered 6N-Z.
Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

The aircraft was shot down in March 1945, with Lt. Clarence 'Rip' Hewitt becoming PoW. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

This skin represents "487911" Drink N' Sister, a P-47N Thunderbolt flown by Captain John E Vogt, an "Ace In A Day" of the 19th Fighter Squadron, 318th Fighter Group, based on Ie Shima Island, May 1945.

File Description:
Lockheed P-3C Orion of the U.S. Navy Reserve (VP-66 "Liberty Bells"), Willow Grove JRB, Pennsylvania; utilizing Mike Stone's P-3C aircraft; and painted in 16-bit textures. This is a delight to fly, and is polygon-low enough to work as an AI aircraft. Textures only, requires base pack available here on AVSIM or Mike Stone's website (www.pmstone.com). Aircraft repaint by Michael Pearson ([email protected]).
