File Description:
This file is for WestWind pilots ONLY. This file adds WestWind Airlines aircraft to your A/I traffic and flightplans. Flights are CONUS only, no OS flights. Feel free to add your own OS flights. You must have TTools by Lee Swordy, you must also have the Airbus 380, MD-83, B-747-400, ERJ-145XR, Beech 1900D, ATR 42-300, B-757-200, A-330-200, and the Baron 58 Repaint. All aircraft are downloadable from the WestWind website. You must be a WestWind Member. Make sure to read my instructions completely before beginning. Now you can fly any aircraft you wish, and you will see and hear WestWind flights taking off and landing at your airports. Not all US airports are used in this file, but the majors with their outlying posts are in here. Forward any questions or comments to my e-mail. Happy Flying!

| Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700 v2.2 Final Package |
|
File Description:
**** THIS FILE SUPERCEEDS MY ORIGINAL FILE b737_700_southwest_v21.zip **** v2.2 - REPORTED BUGS HAVE BEEN CORRECTED. The 737 was born out of Boeing's need to field a competitor in the short-range, small capacity jetliner market which had been opened up by the BAC 1-11 and the Douglas DC-9. Boeing was badly behind however when the 737 program was initiated in 1964, as both of these rivals were already into their flight certification programmes. The 737 was cheaper and quicker to design, featuring six-abreast seating compared to the 1-11 and DC-9's five-abreast layout.By the 1990s, the 737 had lost ground technologically to the newer Airbus A320. In 1993, Boeing initiated the 737-X or Next Generation (NG) program. The Next-Generation 737 encompasses the -600, -700, -800 and -900, and amounted to a complete redesign of the 30-year old airliner. The 737NG is an entirely new aircraft, sharing very little with previous 737s, other than fuselage frames. New wings, new avionics and revised engines were the biggest engineering changes. The 737 was given a glass cockpit with CRT screens (except the -900, which had newer and higher tech LCD screens) and digital systems inspired by the ones that were used on the 777. The parts count is down by about 33%, reducing weight and simplifying maintenance. Additional changes since its introduction include a new interior and performance enhancing winglets which reduce fuel consumption and improve take-off and climb performance. All textures have been modified in DXT-3 format for crisp visuals without comprimising frame rates. Includes the default FS-X Boeing 737 panel. Sounds have been defaulted to the FS-X 737-800, however I recommend the excellent 737 CFM56 "the real deal" version 2 soundpack (file name:737_cfm56__the_real_deal_version_2.zip located at AVSIM.com) for this aircraft series. Additionally, this aircraft series has no Virtual Cockpit (VC), therefore you must fly them using the 2-D default panel view only! This package includes Southwest Airlines liveries (Canyon Blue, Maryland One, Nevada One, Old Color & Shamu).

| Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, Savannah, Georgia (KSAV) |
|
File Description:
This is a AFCAD2 file for the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. I tried to make the airport as realistic as possable with what is given to me with FS9. Gates 1 and 3 is Delta Connection from Cincinnatti, New York-LGA, and Dallas/Ft. Worth. Gates 5 and 7 are Delta from Atlanta, Gate 2 &2a are Continental Express (Expressjet) From Houston-Bush, and Newark, Gate 4 is Northwest (Mesaba and Pinnacle) from Detroit, Memphis, and Minneapolis, Gate 6 is Independence Air flights from Washington-Dulles (Make sure you have your Independence Air planes coded to BLR. That is what I have the gate coded to which is correct in real life.). Gate 8 is AirTran flights from Atlanta (I also have TRSX AirTran Jet Connect. They no longer fly, but I have them on my AI so I left it in.). Gates 9 and 11 are USAir (Gate 9 being USAir mainline and CRJ-200 flights from Charlotte, Philly and Pittsburgh and Gate 11 being CRJ-200 flights and Dash 8 flights Charlotte, Boston and New York-LGA.). And finally Gate 10 is United Express (Air Wisconsin) flights from Washington-Dulles and Chicago-O'Hare. At the old terminal I have the FedEx, and Airbourne Express/DHL areas, as well as the GA "terminal". North of that is the 165th Airlift Wing National Guard area with parking for their C130's, F-16's, F15's, and their F-18's. I do not have the jetways on yet, however they are done except for the Delta gates....look for them soon. I hope this is a better representation of the airport. I believe it is. All lights on the Taxiways, Runways, as well as landing lights are REAL TO LIFE. They are taken from the airport digrams themselfs as well as from the website www.fltplan.com. Please, let me know what you think as I am using you as an unofficial beta tester for this file.

| Buffalo Narrows CYVT in Saskatchewan, Canada |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
Buffalo Narrows is a small town (around 1,400 folks) 130 miles west and a bit north of La Ronge in Saskatchewan, and I discovered that the Buffalo Narrows airfield, wrongly positioned in FS9, had been flooded out by Ultimate Terrain's lake; this is the rescue package. Actually that would be several lakes as the place is surrounded by water including Churchill Lake, Little Peter Pond Lake, and of course Big Peter Pond Lake.
There are two runways, the longest being 5,006' of 100' wide asphalt aligned 11/29, and the other 2,297 and 75' wide, also asphalt. Both runways are lit, and there is JetA and 100LL fuel available. I have placed taxiway lights, but I haven't made proper signage or placed runway lights, or a ton of other things, but it is now landable and with the buildings and fire chemical retarder tanks etc, and there is AI that includes a CL-415. The roads have also been modified to fit.

File Description:
FS2002 Vans DC-9-32(freeware version) Legend Airlines
Legend Airlines was a Full Service Low Cost Aircarrier that started from Dallas Love Field,on April 5th,2000.Flights were non-stops to Los Angeles,Las Vegas,& Washington Dulles. And then added service to New York (LaGuardia) on Sept.6th,2000.Despite the fact the LEGEND was making a nice profit,The events of 9-11 saw to this carriers demise,as well as several other air carriers.Legends DC-9's were literaly Luxury Liners.Configured for 56 seats instead of the normal 3-2 102/115 seating, with plush Leather seats with an unheard of 46" seat pitch!.There were also Satellite TV's on each seat back as well as a Laptop computer port at each seat!!.
This DC-9 has its roots with Texas International Airlines and Continental, and then the storage facility in the desert. The N12508 Reg.# was later changed to N920LG.
This is part 4 in my Lost Airlines Liveries.
Enjoy!!

| Boeing B-17G 'Honky Tonk Sal' |
|
File Description:
This is a repaint (textures only) for the Donationware B-17G Late from FighterTown Design Group. You can get it here for a great price!! www.donationware.net
Thank you FDG for providing this great plane!!
Special thanks go to Jarink, who is a repainter in IL-2/PF. Jarink was kind enough to send me his layered photoshop files of the Noseart that I used for these repaints. I also used his repaints as a guide for my repaints.
This texture represents "Honky Tonk Sal" one of the B-17G Flying Fortresses of the 385th Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. The B-17G started seeing action with the 385th in November, 1943 and continued until the end of the war. The Checkerboard group markings on the tail were adopted in February, 1945.
"Honky Tonk Sal" assigned to the 548th squadron. This aircraft was in service from 1943-11-19 to 1944-03-15, which then she was salvaged.
