Agusta Bell AB-205 Hellenic Army Aviation

File Description:
Agusta Bell AB-205 is an utility multy purpose helicopter used by Hellenic Armed Forces. This is a "double" repaint presenting not only one, but TWO Agusta Bell AB-205 in service with 2nd TEAS (Army Aviation Batalion) of Hellenic Army Aviation based at Megara, Greece. These helicopters are flying with Hellenic Army on troop airborne operations and other utility roles. Hellenic Army's AB-205s are not painted with a standard way. You can find them VietNam type camouflaged or painted with NATO olive drab pattern or even black! This "AB-205_HA_v1.zip" package is fully compatible with FS2K2 and it contains sound, panel, checklist, and a VERY completed aircraft handbook/manual which can be read with Adobe Acrobat. This "double" repaint was based on the original model made by Jordan Moore and Lynn Rogers. I also create (starting by "zero"...) a realistic panel based on real photos and diagrams! This "AB-205_HA_v1.zip" package contains visual effects, night lighting, etc.

Agusta Bell AB-47G Hellenic Air Force

File Description:
Agusta Bell AB-47G helicopters entered in service of Hellenic Air Force in 1971. They used to operate as VIP transporters, liasons, agricaltural field spraying devices, trainers or even as ambulances. They were painted with bright red & white or light blue & white pattern. Some of them was equiped with flotters for easy landings on the sea surface. Today, some of them are resting at the Hellenic Air Force museum. This repaint version has been specifically created as an honor to the 359th Sqdr of Hellenic Air Force with an utility role (VIP airborne transportation, agricaltural field spraying, aerial photo shooting etc.). This "AB-47G_HAF_v1.zip" package is fully compatible with FS2K2 and it contains sound, panel, checklist, and a VERY completed aircraft handbook/manual which can be read with Adobe Acrobat. This repaint was based on the original GMAX model made by Jean Marie Mermaz. This "AB-47G_HAF_v1.zip" package contains visual effects, night lighting, etc.

British Midland DC9-51 Early 90s paint scheme

File Description:
The DC9-51 brings a new aircraft fully compatible with FS2002 also seems compatible with FS2004 with some slight issues relating to the fuel / payload settings, we recommend you do not attempt to change this if running FS2004. You will find it made completely in Gmax. It features the latest reflection including dynamic shine, lighting, and animation technology including accurate flaps, landing gears, and thrust reversers and dynamic wing and engine views. This is a second release in a line of MD aircraft. The FDE is the superb FDE by Sam Chin with modifications by Mike Baumann (C)(2003), and the model is by Jonathan Stewart and Erick Cantu. This aircraft is truly a multi-group effort, one of many to come. The model itself is evidenced of this. The complete model is done by FlightFX. The lighting effects are by SGA. Base Textures by Erick Cantu, Mike Baumann and Takehiro Nakamura.

Henschel Hs P87

File Description:
Henschel Hsp 87 For FS2004 ( FS2002 ) The aircraft is based on Henschel's design for a fast bomber to be powered by a single Daimler Benz DB 610 engine. A "Entenbauform" (built like a duck) design was used, with the tail in front and the wing to the rear. Vertical fins were located at the wingtips. The cockpit was in the forward fuselage with accomodations for a crew of two. The prototype construction was not begun, and the further development of tail-first aircraft was not pursued due to lengthy development time and design cost. This version was designed using GMAX it is fully animated with a dynamic VC, glass effects on the 3D gauges, folding map, opening canopy, lights, gauge lighting, opening canopy e.t.c.The zip file contains two models each with a different VC and five repaints are available. The aircraft is best flown using the DVC. Modified gauges included in zip file.

Supermarine Spitfire Mk. IX

File Description:
The Spitfire was developed continuously throughout World War II, through some 24 versions. A major revision of the original Spitfire was the Mk IX, a model quickly cobbled together to meet the challenge of the newly emerging Focke-Wulf 190. The high-altitude version Mk IX was essentially a Mk V with a 1,710-hp Merlin 70 engine, capable of more than 400 mph. From 1942 to 1944 5,665 Mk IXs were built, and at war's end many were still in RAF service. This is the airplane flown by Lt.-Col Robert (Bob) Rogers, commanding officer of Nr. 40 Squadron of the South African Air Force in Italy during 1944. This model has full animation, full lighting effects and a realistic panel with accurate views in all directions. a Checklist is also provided. The "Aircraft overstressed"-problem that occurs when trying fast maneuvers has also been rectified, so you can throw it about at your hearts content. HAPPY FLYING!!

RCAF Avro Arrow 416 Lynx Squadron

File Description:
Textures only. Avro Arrow in 416 Lynx Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force. Real plane, real livery, but fictional that this livery was on this plane, as the real plane was never addopted into service. Inspired by a repaint by Shane Strong (do a search for his repaints, some 190 quality paints!) on the Alphasim Voodoo, I undertook to replicate (nothing coppied from his work) the feel of that historic 'special' livery, on what the RCAF pilots SHOULD have been flying...the Arrow. If you don't know this plane, or it's history, you really ought to do a search and check out it's story. Amazing, powerful, speedy, had many technological firsts, and many more which were being designed but never completed (imagine for instance it's missiles, which were basically simple AMRAAM's in the 60's) Requires:Mike Stone's Avrow Arrow, get it at: http://www.pmstone.com/ or any of the usual big sites. Optional:"Version 2 Update" (edit/tweek, effects) by Bob Chicilo (got mine at Avsim).
