This is the second version of my Hughes Airwest paint for the Mike Stone Starship, with a few new tweaks to the panel, and an all-yellow exterior. The prop textures are dds files, but everything else is compatible with FS2004, for users of the older platform who may wish to fly the "Top Banana in the West," Starship-style. FeelThere Map users will find this aircraft pre-configured, as a bonus. Textures from my prior Starship uploads are also transferrable. Enjoy flying the Starship "as if Howard had one."

RAAS provides crew members with information concerning the aircraft's position relative to an airport's runway during taxi, takeoff, final approach, landing and rollout to improve situational awareness and reduce the likelihood of a runway incursion. From FsRaas 1.1, 8 functions are added (Extended Hold On Runway, Short Runway Takeoff, Short Runway Landing, Distance Remaining in Meters, Landing Flaps, Too High, Too Fast, Unstable), and some other functions are upgraded. This freeware gauge adds new VTOL & Hover features to Alphasim's FSX MV22-Osprey.
Besides true vertical takeoff&landing, it allows you to fly forward, backward,
sideways and turn, while in a hover.
This solution is based on overriding the normal FS flightdynamics while in a
hover; in short, it's a VTOL&Hover FDE coded in a gauge.
Special thanks to:
1. Doug Dawson, who created a gauge that provides for overriding
FSX variables from an XML gauge.
2. Nick Needham, for his rotorwash effects.
Requires FSUIPC4 (registered or unregistered, NOT included).
The README includes extensive installation and flying instructions.
