The airframe rendered here is TG527, RAF Transport Command, equipped with wingtanks for longer range. The plane features a fully annimated GMax model and high resolution textures.

BEA was the only customer for the Ambassador, naming them Elizabethan. AS57BASE.ZIP is needed to use this repaint.

This sound pack is designed to work with Historic Jetliners Group's Douglas DC-8-63 model. There are two versions of this sound pack, one interior point of view from the cockpit, and the other being the passenger cabin POV in front of the engines. This sound pack includes many unique and realistic features, including realistic 3D sound cones giving a very realistic exterior sound experience, especially in the fly-by view mode. Also using the cone technology, realistic distant taxi howling and distant rumbling sounds are included. The plane could be heard loud and clear from up to 2km away in tower view! Re-upload following Avsim hack. The Chipmunk first flew in 1946. There were numerous variations built in both Canada and Great Britain as a trainer aircraft to replace the Tiger Moth biplane. More than 500 Chipmunks remain airworthy throughout the world today. This aircraft has has been constructed using Gmax v1.2. The aircraft is constructed with as few polygons as possible and with a single texture file to ensure the absolute minimum impact on your framerates. The model has six LODs with the main model having just 2522 polygons (faces/triangles).I would like to especially thank Ray Blake who has kindly made all ten high quality textures for this package.
It is also quite fun to fly as a normal aircraft, but was originally designed specifically to enhance the AI aircraft population and to use with the marvellous GA-Traffic programme by Markus Brunner . The file for GA-Traffic can be found at Avsim: "ga-traffic_setup.zip".
The paintkit is being posted as a separate zip file.
