New York La Guardia Airport 1959

File Description:
We've produced this scenery to provide new GMAX terminals, taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1959 for La Guardia airport in New York City (USA). A new terminal was built in the early 1960's, opening in 1964. La Guardia was the major domestic airport in New York City. Other airports included Idlewild (now Kennedy) which handled both domestic and international flights, and Newark (in New Jersey). Jaap created the Pan American 5 sided hangar and Marine Air Terminal, while Tom created the rest. Thanks to Brady Fowler for most of the pictures used in this project.

An EZ Object Library of the Helicopter Landing Trainer (HLT) ship

File Description:
An EZ Object Library of the Helicopter Landing Trainer (HLT) by David Sreet. The model is based upon a real training vessel which is stationed at Pensacola Florida. This ship can be placed in your scenery using the EZ or Instant Scenery Object Placing programs. My thanks to Mr. Street for granting permission to compile and upload this library. Please unzip to a temporary folder and follow the easy installation instructions. Note: The deck of this ship is not hardened so you cannot land a Helicopter on it. To harden the deck, please download - afc_hard.zip -. This is an Illustrated Tutorial which shows how to easily harden such surfaces using the Afcad program. Douglas DC-3 Aeroejecutivos, registration YV-440C and named Caballo Viejo (Old Horse), was one of the Aeroejecutivos aircraft, for charter and touristical flights inside the venezuelan territory. Actually rest at the Caracas Airport, waiting its finally destiny. Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set in the Aeroejecutivos livery requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org.
