File Description:
These are textures only, in order for them to be used you must have one of the Lockheed Electra's from FSDesign-Berlin installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder, and the FDupdate also available at FSDesign-Berlin. This Electra is one of 6 Electra's in the C&S fleet, used before the merger with Delta Airlines in 1953.

Twin Pioneer Prototype

File Description:
In June 2005 it will be the 50th anniversary of the Scottish Aviation Twin Pioneer's first flight. This repaint shows the plane in the factory's prototype paint scheme. Registrated G-ANTP it took off from the runway at Prestwick on 25th of June, 1955. This is a repaint only, Mike Stone's Twin Pin is needed to see the result.

Trans Island Airways FSDesignBerlins Lockheed L10A

File Description:
Trans Island Airways was a small feeder line that operated in the South Island of New Zealand. They began service after World War II. They had the last known Electra in service in NZ. This Electra was purchased in the Kansas, and had been originally in service with Standard Oil of NY. It was badly damaged during a crash landing and was taken out of service. It was reconstructed and is now on display in a museum in New Zealand in the livery of Union Airways.

Aero Shell De Havilland DH.114 Heron

File Description:
Do you remember the old Airfix 1/72 scale model, with the picture on the box cover showing a red nosed DH-114 Heron taking off from a SHELL oil field? When I saw Dee Waldron's great little Flight Sim Heron, I just had to repaint that plane in the Aero Shell livery. This is a great AI plane to have flying around in "oil rich" areas like Venezuela, Borneo, Malaysia. I am talking about the nineteen fifties and sixties, when these planes were often used to fly personnel to remote oil fields. These are textures only. The aircraft required is the AI DH-114-2B (Gypsy Queen engined variant) by Dee Waldron.

Royal Navy De Havilland DH-114 Sea Heron

File Description:
This repaint depicts Sea Heron XR441 as she was flown by the Royal Navy. The Military and Royal Navy used the Heron (and Sea Heron) for nearly 30 years. The Royal Navy bought G-AORG and G-AORH from Jersey Airlines and re-numbered them XR441 and XR442. XR441 was later purchased by a group of enthusiasts and has been restored back into Jersey Airlines livery again, as G-AORG. These are textures only. The aircraft required is the AI DH-114-2B (Gypsy Queen engined variant) by Dee Waldron.
